I tried this pharmacy after trying 8 others, calling my insurance company for recommendations and trying out of state pharmacies. My doctor had written me a prescription for a compound cream for foot and no one seemed to be able to make it. After multiple attempts with different locations I called this pharmacy and am so happy I did. I faxed everything over, they called me back and the cream was ready in two days. When it wasn't ready in one day they offered to drive it to my home when it was. What! Now, that is great customer service! Great old time looking place that you remember from growing up. A true pharmacy. Good deals on vitamins. This pharmacy is located in a strip mall with a gold's gym, outback and sushi restaurant. To be honest, I have visited this strip on many many occasions and never paid attention to it. I will now, I will continue to use them for all of my pharmacy need.

88/100 in 2016 challenge…read more I have to say I do not go to this location a lot. I usually go here when my local Cvs is out of the medicine I need because is the next closest to my home. Even then, I sometimes have to travel to a further location because they do not carry a large stock in their pharmacy. This store seems larger then most I feel. It is on a busy main road corner that makes it difficult to enter at times as people tend to block the entrance from the side. It also is a cut through for traffic to go around the back into the shopping center. Staff has been polite on the occasions I have been here. The bathrooms do always seem to need to be cleaned and to access the restrooms you need to a key from the pharmacy. It does seem to need a facelift. It is a good location if you are stuck at the tire kingdom next door to pick up a drink and some snacks.

The staff is always friendly. The pharmacist has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my kids have their medications. They deal with the insurance, ordering medications quickly, always refilling without me having to ask, getting prior auths handled for me AND THEY DELIVER STRAIGHT TO MY DOOR!!! The rudeness and lack of professionalism is lousy and needs to be addressed on its own--but the fact that these guys can't seem to fill a prescription unless you physically walk in and complain about it is just unacceptable. I've had to do this EVERY month since I started getting my prescriptions filled here. They forget or fail to make notes in their system, allowing patients to run out of meds. They'll also tell you they are out of stock and have to order meds, in order to buy time and push you to the next day. Just an absolutely deplorable pharmacy. On the second day, I waited about the same amount of time inside, only to learn that they had put the prescription back. On the third visit, I waited in line yet again for an extended period. They need more help. One person working the drive-thru and checkout is not enough for the amount of business they do. My previous experiences were very similar. Don't get me started on the privacy issues. If I were a bad person, I could easily document people's names, addresses, dates of birth, and medications being picked up. Personally, I hand them my ID. Please don't ask me for all my personal information in front of strangers. What happened to privacy and HIPAA? Big pet peeve. I'm removing them as my preferred pharmacy with my doctor. The general store staff and checkout are fine, but no more pharmacy pickups for me.

One of my favorite departments is the seafood counter because they often have great deals. I used to only eat oysters at restaurants, but Publix has changed that. They recently had oysters on sale for just $0.89 each, and they were huge! I love being able to buy as many as I want and prepare them exactly how I like at home instead of paying restaurant prices. I still order oysters when I dine out, but honestly, some restaurants just aren't worth the cost. Publix also has delicious desserts, beautiful fresh flowers, and a decent selection of prepared hot foods. While the hot bar isn't my favorite, it's convenient when you're in a hurry. Overall, you can find just about everything you're looking for here. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff keeps it looking great. It can be a little tricky locating certain products at times, but that's a minor inconvenience. For quality, freshness, and a pleasant shopping experience, Publix remains one of my favorite supermarkets.

The store is in a very busy location so keep that in mind if you decide to place an order during a lunch or dinner rush. We lucked out and were served immediately since we arrived during their lull. Overall, the store is kept organized, and immaculately clean like most other Publix stores. Check out was a breeze and there were plenty of staff available to support peak shopping hours. I also noticed that one of the Publix employees was helping an older customer load his groceries in his car, which is a great way to be of-service, great job!
