I have had a full body massage, a full facial and a back facial completed here. Their website is great for looking up all their services, prices and hours. You must call to schedule an appointment. Once you arrive, you fill out a form about your health and skin. Then wait for your student to come and call your name. Then, the two of you will go over your health screen, allergies and concerns. They take you back to the main room. Massages are done on one side of the hallway, and esthetician services are done on the other. No matter the service you get done, you are taken to a "room" which is just divided by curtains on all sides. Everyone speaks in low volume, as to not disturb the other customers. The student will take you to your "room" and explain what will happen. Then, they leave and give you privacy to undress, as needed for the service. After the service is complete, and you redress, the student walks you back out to the lobby. You are encouraged to give them constructive feedback that will help in their education. If you don't feel comfortable telling them directly, there is a written survey you can fill out. Tips are not required, but if you do want to tip, it must be done in cash directly to the student.

He would get close to my Crouch area touching my privates. I told him to stay on the outside of my leg because it made me uncomfortable & he continued to get close to my private parts & would slightly go under my underwear. Still focusing on my butt. While actively in school I was told it was $ 1,000 that I needed to pay out of pocket pocketed which I paid. I requested a copy of the promise to pay that I signed only to receive doctored ledgers of what was supposedly paid by the VA. I've left messages for corporate to contact me only to get ghosted. Ms Wells was very rude and unprofessional and is not there to assist the students. I'm very disappointed in how they have handled me during this time.
