Friendly and professional. Dr. Cook is in demand as there are always patients waiting to see him but they tell you right up front about this and they keep the process moving right along. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable and they bring in muffins and bagels every morning to make the wait for more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Dr. Cook - he's the best in his field which is evident by his awards decorating the waiting area.

Katie Rickel is a very hands-on director who has been there every step of my journey helping me out in every way possible. Keegan White has been One of my wellness counselors along with Lacy Frazer. Both have Classes almost every day that delve deep into my inner reasons for wanting to resort to food for comfort. This Has to be one of the biggest things that has helped me throughout my journey. The food is exquisite, extremely well prepared to my personal taste Under the tutelage of Chef Thomas. The grounds are well-kept... And the apartments are extremely big and very modern. Now for the best part... The gym. The gym is run by the fitness director Katie Krasinski. There are organized classes for anybody to do anything that they want. There our two huge swimming pools and I have been under the guise of Jessica Bolz who has done a fantastic job of whipping me into shape. I had zero core when I got here and now I can do things that I never dreamed of. I am almost 65 years old and I'm feeling more in the 30 or 40 year range now. Randy and Cari have also worked with me in Pilates and have helped me with my breathing and my core. Every day there is a variety of different options for us to choose mental wellness classes and athletic classes. When I first got there I was given a schedule of the most productive classes for me based on my goals that I wanted to achieve while I was there. The schedule was put together by Structure House and was tailored for the new participant. After the first month I was given a menu of classes and athletic events for me to create my own schedule with the help of the Counselors that have known me since I've been here. I've been greatly inspired to keep the momentum going as I am here and when I leave. They offer a bi monthly Skype Call that I am able to participate in well after I leave. In addition, I am able to track my food, journaling how many fats, proteins, starches, and fruits. When I leave I can send them my journal every other month when it's complete and they will look at it and give me feedback and send me a new empty journalAlthough I am only here for three months I feel that I will be at structure house for the rest of my life with the support that they will be giving me later in my life. I highly recommend Structure House for anybody who is looking to improve themselves. Also....waited 6 months for followup visit in neurology on December 12, 2024. 3 HOURS before appointment, got a call to say appointment needed to be rescheduled. Said next available appointment would be in February 2025!! Following my complaints, the rep says "Well, we also have an opening on December 18. Do you want that one?"!!! What incompetence! What idiocy! Duke Medical may shine in some areas, but, in my opinion, they SUCK in so many other areas.

A security guard standing around doing nothing didn't help, but having one present was comforting. The front desk staff was friendly, however the workflow for the facility was a lil' weird. they had kiosk stations where you had to go to 'sign in', however after that was done, you would see the front desk to officially 'check in'. After being taken back for triage (blood pressure, weight, height), you are escorted to the back area where the rooms look like you are in a hospital. There is a central command area in the middle with a bunch of rooms on the outside, giving a central station command to run the office. (I thought this was very well executed). The nurses and staff were very friendly, as were the regular staff (custodial). The physicians spent plenty of time with me going over all of my test results as well as discussing issues that I was having. I had to get some blood work as well, and the phlebotomist's that were in the lab were extremely professional. I was definitely impressed by this facility and look forward to using them as my primary location for my physicians

I knew I needed professional care - just in case the object was stuck in the inner ear. The clinic opened promptly at 8am as advertised and I was the 3rd one seen. The nurse, then doctor Nate, examined my ear and agreed the nurse would irrigate it. This was done at once. They found no evidence of any object in my ear. I thanked both people for their excellent, friendly, swift care. After church, back home, I found the missing object stuck in the bathroom sink drain, and sent a mss to the nurse and Nate letting them know and thanking them once again. I have had many medical encounters, and this was among the BEST in my 82 years. I hope my review will be shared with all wanting to know more about this kind, efficient and caring venue. THANKS AGAIN!
