This is the 2 nd time I went to the snooty pooch First time…read morewas great I called for the second appointment asked for the same groomer I left them with an adorable Maltipoo puppy and they returned a pup with a horrible cut Nothing like the first time The owner was in the lobby I showed him a picture of the first cut He was rude and abrupt told me that I asked for a puppy cut and that is what I got He asked me if I have owned a dog before I knew what a Puppy cup was even after showing him the picture of the first time which was a puppy cut. He still was rude and didn't really care the fellow behind the desk said would you like to talk to the groomer? I said no it was too late. They can't glue his hair back on . I will never go there again. The owner does not know how to carry on a business or care about his clientele.

The previous groomer would always shear our dog right to the skin, telling us he was too matted. Turns out he just didn't want to spend the time, taking too many dogs at the same time. That is why we started to look for another groomer & happily found PB Paws Spa. When we picked up our pet, the cut was exactly what we asked for and he looked so handsome! On the other hand he did have gum under his chin and he came home still with the gum under his chin. She said it was to close to the skin to have it removed. Understandable.
