Quick, easy online registration where you have the option to pay in full or deposit only. 2) The address is easy to find, but they don't have a big business sign visible from the sidewalk yet (but rumor has it that it should be coming soon). So just trust the listed address and you'll find it. It's easy to reach by bus and car. 3) The owners and staff are very sweet and knowledgeable. They greeted me right away, helped me get settled in before the class, and happy to answer questions and make accommodations. 4) I forgot her name, but I liked the instructor a lot! She did a great job breaking the ice in the beginning, laying out our objectives, and her general instruction and discussions with the class. 5) Also important to note is the safety and cleanliness! Each mannequin had new mouthpieces, but each student removed his or her own seal to ensure safe practice of giving breaths. The floors were clean with no obvious trash or dirt. I also appreciated that each mannequin station came with knee pads for added comfort, safety for the student'a knees, and less contact with the floor. 6) Bonus Star for having a refreshment station in the Hall! There was a full water cooler and fresh pot of coffee available, which is definitely necessary for a 3-4 hour class.

The in person training is just as thorough and informative. We each got one of our own mannequins to practice CPR on, along with 2 pairs of gloves, bandages and gauze to practice first aid, and he also provided practice AED's and EpiPen's for practice, and glove removal instruction! The scholarship has a cut off 500 in the math score to apply. He started at Mathnasium in early January and the SATs would be in early April. So he had three months to cover about three years of math if you go by the grade level the SATs usually cover. Only going two, sometimes three times a week, my son was able to score 610 in the math section of the SATs. To top it off, he also won the scholarship. I can't say enough about the quality of the tutoring that Naresh and his staff provides. My son will now start to prepare for the ISEE tests at Mathnasium, and I am sure they will guide him to a great score for that exam as well.

The best thing about whatever career you choose is that you learn from the people around you but you should never make someone feel bad for what they don't know. Everything can be taught but something as simple as being a great person comes from within.

As of this year two of my children have attended this school, so I feel pretty confident in leaving a detailed review. When it comes to my children I take great lengths to making sure they are getting the best of the best, especially when it comes to academics. And I can definitely say Kidz Inn is a great Day Care. This is a very tight knit school with limited staff and classrooms, but offers so much for their students. Spots fill up quickly so I suggest inquiring as soon as possible. For the Abbott program specifically, they operate from 8:30am-2:30pm with the opportunity for early/ after care(that is charged to the parent). However, the Abbott program is completely free. Activities: They take the children on field trips. Daily engagement includes: drawing, painting, puzzles, counting, reading books, and so much more. They send home the children's work for parents to keep. They also host occasional parades and parent activities at the school which is nice. What I enjoy most are the take home projects that allow me to assist my child with. They also take the children to the park or to their outdoor play area. My children's overall development has without a doubt excelled. Communication: Communication is done through mainly through text messages and email. But, every time I have called the office I never had an issue speaking to someone. Pictures are sent by the teachers on a daily basis to showcase child engagement. There is also an app used to communicate with parents called Kaymbu. Within this app, progress reports are sent (COR Advantage Reports). Within these reports the teachers inform parents of their child's progress. Food/ Nutrition: Parents are able to pack lunches and snacks for their children but the school also provides it for free. They offer nutritional food for the kids. They offer breakfast, lunch, and snacks every day. The menu is not automatically given, so be sure to ask the teacher for it every month. Attire: They just started implementing uniform shirts to be worn. This is beneficial it serves as a safety procedure in locating the children easily for when they do go to the nearby park. They do charge for each shirt and sweatshirt. Overall, this is a great Day Care and I highly recommend. Our kids were happy and comfortable there, which gave us real peace of mind. The director, Julia, is fantastic--very helpful and clearly passionate about running a great program. It can sometimes be a bit hard to get through on the phone, but if you keep calling, they do respond. While the kids don't go outside, there are big windows and lots of natural light, so the space still feels bright. Days when schools are closed it can be hard to get in so plan ahead. Overall, we were very pleased and would use them again in a heartbeat.
