From someone who has taken numerous BLS certification classes over the years, I must say this was…read moreone of the best I've taken yet. 1) The best price I could find for a live (not online) BLS re-cert for the area. Quick, easy online registration where you have the option to pay in full or deposit only. 2) The address is easy to find, but they don't have a big business sign visible from the sidewalk yet (but rumor has it that it should be coming soon). So just trust the listed address and you'll find it. It's easy to reach by bus and car. 3) The owners and staff are very sweet and knowledgeable. They greeted me right away, helped me get settled in before the class, and happy to answer questions and make accommodations. 4) I forgot her name, but I liked the instructor a lot! She did a great job breaking the ice in the beginning, laying out our objectives, and her general instruction and discussions with the class. 5) Also important to note is the safety and cleanliness! Each mannequin had new mouthpieces, but each student removed his or her own seal to ensure safe practice of giving breaths. The floors were clean with no obvious trash or dirt. I also appreciated that each mannequin station came with knee pads for added comfort, safety for the student'a knees, and less contact with the floor. 6) Bonus Star for having a refreshment station in the Hall! There was a full water cooler and fresh pot of coffee available, which is definitely necessary for a 3-4 hour class.

We love Ralph- he is a great trainer and very clear and really trains in a way that you remember all the information. Most recently, we did a Hybrid training due to COVID and it was a smooth and easy process! The online portion is great and really allows to to learn and practice the skills through virtual "missions" trips that give you real life scenarios. The in person training is just as thorough and informative. We each got one of our own mannequins to practice CPR on, along with 2 pairs of gloves, bandages and gauze to practice first aid, and he also provided practice AED's and EpiPen's for practice, and glove removal instruction! Hands down the best CPR training I've ever received that we hired him again when our old expired expired- 100% recommend!

The CEO Ismael is the trainer for CPR and he expects you to know what people in the nursing field already knows and doesn't take into consideration that your just starting. He will call you out and try to pop quiz you in front of already certified nurses. The biggest test in any career is Humanity. It does matter how much you know or how much you can remember because people can always learn something new. Its about how you treat other humans. Thats the biggest test of it all. The best thing about whatever career you choose is that you learn from the people around you but you should never make someone feel bad for what they don't know. Everything can be taught but something as simple as being a great person comes from within.
