First of all i would like to start off by saying since day one all the staff has made me feel more than comfortable. I had just moved here in February from California and didnt know anyone and honestly wasn't even looking for a tanning salon.. But everyone here kind of stole my heart. All the staff is ADORABLE, VERY helpful, very time efficient, dressing very fashionable yet modest, willing to go the extra mile, and ALWAYS buzzing around keeping that place spic and span! Jayne has gone above and beyond for me more than once. She always makes sure to take a few minutes out of her insanely busy schedule to check in on me and make sure iam doing well. I can honestly say that she has her clients BEST interest at hand. She even lets my puppy come in with me and will watch her (GLADLY;) during my service if need be. As far as the tanning beds; they are state of the art & tan you evenly,..as far as the spray tan machine.. its by far the BEST one i have ever used. It even blow dries you with warm air as its spraying you!.. As far as the wraps.. How would YOU like to lay down and relax..watch a movie on a flat screen tv, sip an ice cold water and burn 1000+ calories in an hour?! Well that's the wraps. They explained the options, and offered me a trial package called 'The Tour'. After Aedan entered my information and charged my debit card, I did my first of two tanning sessions. A second tanning session is included in the package, along with a spray tan and two touch up tans. The experience and customer service were exemplary. The two at the counter deserve a 5 star. My 2 star rating is for the company, with which I gave every opportunity to make right, a purchase error. I returned the following Sunday, to do my second tan session. You have a week and a half to do all five things. Aedan said there was no record of the purchase or of me in the system. He remembered me from the previous week and entering my info and even recalled which bed I used. I had driven 9 miles from my home, only to be told there was no record. He then called the help line, at which time I pulled up my bank account on my phone, and showed the debit record to Sun Tan City. Aedan confirmed the number coincided with their location and told whomever talking head it was on the phone with him, that he saw the bank debit and recalled me being in the week before. Instead of owning up to the clerical error they told him I would need to go to the "contact us' link and jump through hoops and over hurdles. The chatbox said you'll hear from us soon. I sent two messages yesterday and one today. No response. I guess at least I got one of the 5 items I paid for. They got their money, so to hell with the potential new customer. And before the company goes and blames the employee, I literally watched as Aedan entered my info, and rang up the purchase. He did his job, so don't go blaming him for whatever happened. I have proof of debit to my bank account, but apparently it doesn't matter, because the computer glitch is evidently the customers fault. I'm just very glad I didn't purchase a membership package, and only lost the amount of the remainder of my 'Tour' Great support for your franchise employee and what a way to make a customer want to come back! I told you I'd leave reviews after I gave you multiple chances to resolve this. You ignored me. So I'll be hitting google and facebook as well. Again, Aedan and the young lady up front, you were great! Very friendly, understanding and tried your best. I'd hire either one of you in a heartbeat. Sun Tan City, I feel like I got cheated and that you couldn't care less about customers or issues brought to your attention by employees.

When I found Glo Tanning, my entire outlook upon tanning shifted. Everyone that works at this location and any other Glo location I've ever visited has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the beds, booths & products they carry -and all the women who work there are warm and welcoming. Their beds and booths and also their wellness pods and red light therapy are top of the line. For 2 people I think it's $99 a month and you can have four services a day...at my prior tanning salon I was unhappily married to a contract I had to fulfill and for two services a day for one person monthly I paid $115.00. Glo has their own line of tanning and wellness products that work amazing. I can't say enough great things about this place! A+. I'll never go anywhere else!

My colleagues and I went to Tannin on a random Sunday based off a recommendation from another business owner. He said that they had a killer wine list and great apps. And he was right! We ended up ordering two bottles of white and two bottles of red ($40-50 price range) and shared those between the six of us. We were also allowed to cork-and-carry any wine that we didn't finish. We ordered and shared the following appetizers: cheese & charcuterie, roasted red pepper hummus, crispy shrimp, pommes frites, and chicken shawarma. All of it was great - especially the chicken shawarma. Why this review isn't 5 stars: We were there to ask questions about different wine profiles and really learn about what we were drinking. This task seemed out of the comfort zone of our server, which we thought to be odd. However, there was another gentleman there (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) that really helped us out and steered us in the right direction all night. His recommendations did not disappoint. The other reason is that the rest of the menu is at a high pricepoint. We only ordered appetizers because of this. Overall - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
