I had back surgery done by Dr. Berman in August 2022 and he is by far a great doctor and wonderful person who communicates My pain level was minimal once he finished the surgery, more of a tighten feeling instead of pain. He continues to see me multiple times after surgery to make sure I'm doing better. He had me start physical therapy with the group of wonderful people upstairs within the next week after surgery. I didn't have a long wait to be seen, less than 10 mins. which is amazing. The Physical Therapy department is very welcoming and show a lot of care. The staff are respectful, kind and very helpful while your being treated. The Therapists of Eric, Jeff are good evaluators, and will show you and work with you on your routine. The other staff members that I didn't work with in the office always spoke and made me feel welcome. I must speak about the therapist Ursula, she saw me the most times and was amazing at removing my pain with her massaging technique. I call her Magic Touch, I came in feeling really bad a few times and she worked the pain out and would work with me on my exercises also. I heard others call her an Angel both male and female thank her for the wonderful job she has performed. I once again want to thank you all for helping me in my recovery. Checking-in was not the problem, The back desk workers was not the problem. Now, The doctor was the problem.. (Dr. Chuang) I couldn't even finish a sentence, I was in a room for more the 15mins with him and he did all the talking!! this was my first time here and here's the best part, I got hurt at work, my boss told me to jump into a trench, i did what I was told.. I didn't ask to be hurt all I want is my life back!! my life has been miserable and pain I have suicide thoughts because of my lower back pain.. I can't even pick up my own two year old daughter, and I work in construction heavy lifting construction... this was my first time seeing this doctor and first time experience health point, I want to say he was very unprofessional and he released me to go back to work!! he made smart comments, remarks!! I left that place, sad and mad felt miserable due to I thought he was the the doctor who can really find out what really going on with my back, help me get back to not so normal life I once had!!! I was told to show up one hour before my appointment. The place is located in the ghetto. It looked like a roach motel. There was nowhere to park and a line of people around the building. I went inside and there was one person ahead of me (or so I thought) when a few more people came in I told them the line was behind me. The lady behind the desk said the line was outside ( the one around the building) so, I arrived on time one hour early and it was obvious that I was not going to make it for my appointment. I felt like I needed to be armed with a weapon just being in the area. I left and called my lawyer. I was sent to that hole in the wall for a worker's comp case by the defense attorney. It figures. I can only imagine how much worse it was inside the patient rooms after seeing the atmosphere just to check in. This is NOT the place to go for decent health care. Find another place. I should've taken pictures. I felt totally unsafe there. I got a threatening phone call from a Google voice number the guy said he was from Healthpointe. They don't like getting bad reviews. Using a patients information to harrass them is against OSHA. read more

"I was referred to HealthPointe by my employer due to a workplace injury. First and foremost, I want to acknowledge some of the medical assistants who treated me with kindness and professionalism; my sincere thanks go out to them. However, I was quite disappointed with the physician assigned to my workers' comp case. I found the doctor's approach to be unprofessional and at times rude. The experience gave me the feeling that I was just a number, akin to being in a fast-food queue, rather than a patient in need of medical care. I was also concerned that the doctor seemed to suggest, without sufficient evidence, that my injury was not work-related. Given the gravity of a workers' comp case, this kind of conduct is concerning to me. I have submitted a formal complaint to HealthPointe's management team regarding the care I received. As someone who works in the health sector myself, I believe that all patients deserve to be treated with respect and empathy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend HealthPointe for workers' comp cases and give them a rating of one star due to my interaction with the physician." read more

I was referred to Healthpointe for physical therapy after a car accident. My first initial visits were to the Perris location, NOT HAPPY! The treatment I was receiving was useless to say the least. Plus the facility was crowded and dirty!!! I moved to the Colton location, what a difference! I have had a ongoing lower back problem my entire adult life. I've been through a lot of different physical therapy treatments that took care of the discomfort for a period of time. But it was always the same, x-ray, MRI, drug therapy and various exercises. When Jeff took over, things started to change! He looked at my posture, the way I was standing and started making corrections through muscle manipulation, exercise, massage and tens therapy my back is at it's healthiest in years! Took my daughter here today for an old sports injury that keeps her in pain. I came here on a referral and was pleasantly surprised. I was seen right away, whereas at our regular primary Doctor we would wait an hour after appt time then another 30 mins in the room where they would just give us an order to go get X-rays done somewhere else. Dr. Del Campo was so nice and helpful. They took her right away for X-rays and he then showed me what was going on. I am glad I came here rather than our normal Doctor. Healthpointe has provided me with the best service ever. I had my 5th right shoulder surgery 4/15/2014, this one done by Dr. Katz. Dr. Katz and the Physical therapy department has truly given me hope for my future. I have had severe pain and limited motion in my right arm to the point I could not stand the pain and decided to follow through with this last surgery. I now have much more movement and a lot less pain. I feel like I'm living again not just existing. God Bless you all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. In july, 2015 I was involved in a car accident, I was sent by my lawyers to Healthpointe to get checked out and I was amazed by the staff. Particularly 3 gentlemen I believe Hadi? ivan? and denny? helped me out as soon as I got checked into their front desk. There was little to no wait time, paperwork was filled out over the phone the day prior. Dr. Del Campo was a great help as he explained to me the xrays the guys took (which was fast by the way!) and how its affecting me. I've have been to many Clinics but nothing has compared to this one. The staff was friendly and the Doctors seem to really take interest in my concerns. I felt like the Doctors went above & beyond there medical duties to make sure my needs were meet. Even in the patient waiting area the staff would come out and talk to patients especially those with kids, which made the place feel more like home than a Doctors office. When I was injured at work This is where my employer sent me. Was convenient that they sent someone to pick me up from my job. The guy that came to get me from there, Don, was pretty cool. Great humor and very helpful getting me in and out of the vehicle and into the clinic. The staff was also great at the clinic. It was early so I was seen right away. I believe it was Glen who stuck with me throughout my entire visit and helped the Dr bandage me up. Very professional staff.
