UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING. My wife hurt her eye at work and both doctors they had didn't give her pain relievers for her eyes. They treated her and I like we were your typical druggies coming in to get a quick fix when my wife clearly had a serious injury to her eye. They told her "It was dangerous to take pain meds so we can't give you anything but you can come back to so we can give you pain meds." It didn't make sense. It was like they were making excuses to not help her. The 2nd doctor when he was looking at my wife's eye she yelled in pain and he got mad at her and snapped at her. SHE IS IN PAIN. the doctor had no remorse and no understanding. I thought doctors were supposed to help not make things harder or am I wrong and living on a different planet. We had to BEG the doctor for a prescription and first he says "I can't do that" then after a few moments "oh I can". So we go to CVS to pick up the meds and the meds he ordered THEY DONT EVEN MAKE ANYMORE. the nurses gave the pharmasist a hard time top as we were told. If anyone is doing drugs it's these people who work here and you know why they misspell their name with a E on HEALTH POINTE? (For one, it's a doctor's office. Not a toys r us.) Because the whole place is a joke. I would recommend you go to this place if you WANT TO NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF AND BE TREADED LIKE A JUNKY. the people here and the whole office is trash. Shame on you. You don't have any right to own a health clinic. You probably got your certificates from a junkie. You should be shut down. The whole place is a joke. read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!! The front desk seems like a gathering of Everest 1 month course certificate holders or a trade school by a different name. NO customer service at all. The front desk people laugh and joke and are never working. Almost everyone there is in some sort of pain and the last thing I want to hear is your plans for the weekend. If I had a dime for every time I seen the front desk not chatting and doing their jobs I would be BROKE!! It seems like they do is make fun of patients behind their backs. I had a major back injury in Mid-December. My doctor recommended that I see a pain management specialist. I was referred here and the Doctor I saw was very nice. This is a review of the facility. The facility is packed solid. I must have been the only person to ever go there on private insurance as they had no idea which forms to have me fill out. I waited about 20 min to see the doctor, not bad. However the worst part is after you see the doctor (about a 5 min consultation) you have to go to another waiting room and wait for the prescription. It took about 30 min to get my prescription and schedule a follow-up appointment. read more

I am the first patient to this clinic when i went to my first appt i wasnt treated like a patient but person that needed care although i was originally withdrawn due to the accident i soon became comfortable witht the staff there. i was allowed to be myself. They put a smile on my face made my care easy and comfortable the staff is attentive and more than freindly they greet you with a warm hello!! how you doin?....Iy got to the point that i actually looked forward to going to my physical therapy. I've never been here but called because I wanted to know if I could make an appointment to see a doctor to check up on my pregnancy but they do not accept medical and the doctors here don't see you for pregnancies. They were helpful though, just wished they'd attend pregnant woman and accepted medical. read more

I went to this facility for a work related physical. My initial visit I called first to make sure it could be accomplished. Was told that it could over the phone arrived and was told that there were no doctors there. Came back next day for physical and TB test, then 2 days later for the test to be read. Was told that they would send all the paperwork to my employer and they kept the entire packet. 2 weeks later was contacted by my employer, asking why I didn't get a physical accomplished. Luckily I took a photo of my vital signs and had a copy of the return card for my tbtest as they continue to play games and state that I was not there. Doing business with an incompetent business such as this one wastes time and causes a lot of extra problems. Would recommended telling employer to send for a physical at another location that isnt affiliated. read more

As an older couple, Healthpointe fits our regular medical maintenance needs very well. The doctors are excellent and the clinic staff are upbeat and helpful...especially Isabel. They would get 4 stars, but their "billing/accounting" department is poorly trained and poorly supervised. Otherwise, we find Healthpointe comfortable and convenient. read more

I was going through it emotionally scared of what this all meant but the group here in Physical Therapy are absolute and awesome. From the time you walk in the door and greeted by Ashley brought to the back by Ceasar and treated by Ursula & Jeff. You have their complete undivided attention. The customer service is astounding. Whatever your outside issues and concerns are once you enter this therapy realm it's like total therapy for the soul. I didnt know how much I needed this wonderful group of ppl. Went in for a tuberculoses shot I needed for work and I was very pleased with the staff! I've gone other places for these sorts of things but u heard about this place and thought I'd give it a try. Unlike other places, I was welcomed from the moment I walked in. A very cute girl by the name of Nicole was the one who helped me, she had great service, maintaining a smile and helping me with every question I had. I almost forgot I was going to get a shot which I normally dread from the moment I walk in. Overall, I was pleased with the front desk and everyone else that helped. The doctors seem to know what they are doing but thats all. The office management and the appointment management are very poor. Very unprofessional, from their CEO Ken Edwards down to the front end staff they are uncaring and unprofessional people. Yes its a business but its in healthcare which has a requirement for treatment above all else. Do not use Healthpointe for your provider if at all possible. read more

Everyone here is so kind. Some of the girls can come off a little rude sometimes that has never been my case with them but they are answering calls and questions all day. Every time I come here they greet me and it seems like the actually care about you. My kids ask them for a specific show on Netflix and they always put it on for them and give them lollipops or stickers when they come with me so they are very friendly people working here. Great atmosphere, I feel at ease just being here. I have worked with Dr Del Campo, Margolin and Johnson and they are all great! Highly recommend this place! read more

They Don't take Appointment Seriously. The staff calls many times to confirm the appointment and for them not to deliver on seeing you on the time of the appointment is frustrating. My girlfriend had an appointment 8:45am now we have been waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes... i realized the appointment was not for 10am. People make arrangements to be on time for appointments. 10/23/14: I have been here since 1245pm for a drug test and DOT physical. It is now 3pm and counting...the staff here are so slow or over-booked or something, because they are pulled in so many directions they seem incompetent. They forgot my paperwork for the DOT physical after I told them what I was here for. Then they had to redo a couple sheets because they filled it out wrong. If not for my work requiring I come here I would avoid this place like Ebola....now I am done at 325pm. The staff here are nice enough but they need to pull it together here. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I have had two appts on diff days received a reminder call for both apt(s) and on two separate occasions I arrived at the apt(s) and was told they didn't have me set in the system and couldn't be seen Didn't bother to take me in I explained the distance I travel in the bad weather (rain) they do not have compassion for the patients at all. At the time there was no one in the waiting room it was not over or near compact. Almost every visit all the employees are standing around as if there are waiting on a bus ride there is no privacy when speaking to the receptionist some employees wearing their pants below their butt and some are constantly on their phone searching or sharing a photo with another employee very unprofessional. The facility itself is fine the issue is more with the billing for health point. I had a motorcycle accident and they were not supposed to provide any services that were not covered by medical insurance everything was supposed to be preapproved. First physical therapy visit I got an ankle wrap it lasted three days. Towards the end I got another ankle wrap which as soon as I got home came off with my sock. It was Friday and I was the last patient of the day. I worked a considerable distance away so I waited till my next appointment the following Tuesday and mentioned it to them. I was asking if I wanted it rewrapped and I said no. When I was all done I got a bill for it I tried for nearly 3 months to resolve the bill. Their billing department does not have people dealing with the public that speak English very well and cannot understand what they are saying nor what I was saying. First time they said it was billed correctly. Second time they said something similar. Third time I called they still wouldn't listen to me they still didn't understand and they said that it was an issue that I had to take up with my insurance company because it was part of my deductible. They are an in network provider her and therefore there is no deductible as I had already checked with my insurance. They were trying to force me to pay for something that didn't last longer than an hour. I finally got disgusted and contacted some number in 714 and explain to them what was going on I got some rude little woman on the phone but didn't want to listen to me she did at least speaking English but she did exactly what I wanted from the beginning which was a credit. Why should me or my insurance company pay for something that we really didn't get. Nightmare to deal with rude people I won't go back again read more

I have been in PT for about 2 months following shoulder surgery with Dr Katz. With the repairs Dr Katz has performed and the special treatment from the PT staff - Maria & Ursula, they have helped me regain movement back in my shoulder. This is a great place to rehabilitate in as the staff makes you feel welcomed with a relaxed environment and staff that go out of there way to treat me. read more
