Dr. Eshaghian greeted me with a smile in his voice and provided the most thorough patient care that I have ever experienced! He made me feel valued as a patient and went above and beyond to treat my symptoms. I also requested testing for flu, Covid, urinalysis and strep throat to rule out any further infections. The testing was all completed in house and the results available within minutes. I received an aftercare summary explaining treatment and symptoms. The facility is clean and well maintained. The patient lobby and patient lounge area is relaxing and has comfortable recliners for patients to use while getting IV fluids. Dr. Eshaghian is kind and professional with excellent knowledge and customer service. I left the area feeling 100% better that when arrived. Hai staff Karina is also nice and friendly as well. I came to this urgent care because of the great reviews and it definitely lives up to its name. Check-in was easy, seamless, quick, and pleasant. The nurse/woman at the front desk is so amazing and kind and makes you feel welcomed and at ease the moment you walk through the door. I had never gotten stitches before so I was nervous but Doctor was incredible. He has wonderful bedside manners mixed with great humor, answered all of my questions and did his best to make sure I was relaxed. I knew I was in good hands. He even recc'd an attorney I could consider in case I wanted to take legal action and instructed me on the right way to go about doing so. It's evident that he genuinely cares. At my follow up visit, I found out that unlike most urgent cares, this one is run by a surgeon. The type or wound I had could only be treated by a surgeon so I came to the right place.
