This is one of the cleanest clinics in the area. The staff is attentive, personable, and prifessional. The atmosphere at this Perris location is friendly, inviting, and leaves one feeling confident that the issues being handled are done so with a sense of urgency and they individualize the experience for the patient/client. I recommend this clinic both individuals and businesses. As an HR manager for a local business, I utilize Healthpointe in Perris for all of my pre-employment screening, post injury/accident testing, post injury examinations and care, fit for duty examinations, OSHA required testing such as hearing testing and respirator fit testing and examinations, and DOT testing. The general practice and specialty doctor's, PA's, physical therapist, chiropractor, office staff, and management team are always on their game and I have not heard a negative comment about the service that each team member provides, in fact, I have had nothing but good responses. I mostly interact with Mark , who is an awesome member of the team that is quick to respond and very thorough with all requests, and Valarie who is always personable, professional, attentive, and ready to help with any issues or concerns that I may have. She has made my interactions seamless as she has made my concerns her own to ensure all issues are eliminated and/or managed with the urgency that I expect as a customer. Valarie has been instrumental in assisting me with mass hiring by accommodating my needs to process the applicants and has been a great help to me. Dr.Leung is a wonderful orthopedist/pain management doctor. He really listens when you explain your problems and he sincerely cares about his patients. The nurses and staff are truly wonderful people who care about their patients. They even battle against workers compensation for you and it is truly wonderful to have strong advocates in your corner against these major companies who don't want to do anything thatI have been going their long enough to know that they are sincere people. Dr.Allen is also a wonderful Dr. he will work with you but just like with Dr. Leung you need to talk to him and tell him the truth so that they can really help you. Dr. Neil Katz is the best doctor I have ever treated with. He is so attentive and kind to my needs and knows exactly what type of treatment to render. Also the check out girl is so on point.
