Not a Chiropractor clinic, it's a BAIT AND SWITCH facility. If you are seeking chiropractic adjustments of your back or lower back this is not the place for you. They will tell you all bull crap and take your x-rays and provide you with a Physical Therapy Plan which defeats the purpose of you going to a Chiropractor and getting a Physical therapy BS. I suppose if you NEED TO CONSULT A CARDIOLOGIST FOR YOUR HEART, YOU DO NOT GO TO A ENDOCRINOLOGIST, its similar BS. However, I would give them the credit for Physical Therapy if you are going for that, because they are Cheaper per session with their cost than ATI physical therapy (Crooks they charge 750 % more than this facility). Well let's talk about the Chiropractor now, he seems to be a quite interesting guy who got offended when I asked him about the actual adjustments and not Physical Therapy. So, cause and effect, he asked me to lay flat and pushed 3 times on my back for 1 minute and that's it. That's Pathetic to prove ones expertise of their profession. Please do not convince yourself that PT and Chiropractic are the same. They are not. Make your own informed WISE decision. read more

I've tried giving this place a try for massage twice now. Both times I've had to try calling at least a dozen times before someone actually answered. When I showed up for my first appointment, I realized that the massage therapist was also the receptionist, which would explain the issue. This seemed a bit unprofessional, but I remained psyched for my massage. Unfortunately, my therapist was very chatty and the massage itself did not leave much of an impression (literally). Groupon inspired me to give it another shot and I recently visited for my second hour-long massage at HealthSource of Plainfield. The massage was enjoyable enough, however I was shorted by a whopping 15 minutes! I paid $35 through Groupon for a 60 minute massage. I realized this once I walked out of the building and had to wait a bit for my husband to pick me as up planned. It gets better... As I was waiting for my ride, I realized I left my necklace in the massage room. I walked back in to get it and not only was my therapist at the front counter and not beginning another massage which would have been a half ass valid excuse to cut mine short, but she just hands me my necklace that she had at the front counter without saying a word. I worked at a massage salon for 8 years and the second I realized someone left behind something, I checked the parking lot to see if I could still grab them and if not, I called them so they could quickly turn around to pick it up. They required my phone number to schedule the appointment, so I know they have it. Needless to say, there will not be a third chance. read more

Dr. Ellis and the team at HealthSource Plainfield have been great! I woke up one morning with neck pain and unable to turn my head to the left. I found HS online and decided to give them a try. They have provided me with immediate relief, as well as helping me to build long term strength in my back and neck. They focus on the muscles as well as the alignment. The whole staff here has been great and very helpful. My wife is now a patient here as well, and we would recommend them to anybody looking for a new chiro. read more

I love this clinic! I am in the gym often and constantly tweak my back, neck, and other things and they put me back into place. I have had numerous times that I have come in with horrible pain and walked out feeling a hundred percent better! Three days later I called back, since no one called me back or probably even listened to the message. At that point the date I requested was booked. I find it interesting that the only reviews posted on this businesses page are the bad ones. I don't think people actually get to see all the amazing reviews from patients from HealthSource that have been there THIS YEAR (!) since they've gotten a new doctor and that are actually there for chiropractic work and not the side business that they have for massage. Me thinks yelp has a bit of a conspiracy going and maybe if I actually rate this with 1 star they will put it on the business page and people will get to read this and see that the new and improved HealthSource of Plainfield is truly an amazing place with a great team and is invested in you. I've been going to massage therapist Lauren at this facility for about 2 years now. I cannot tell you how many times she has literally saved my life after my back, flank, shoulders have started screaming. She saved a much anticipated trip to California my getting my shoulder back in working order prior to my departure. She also provided recommendations on exercises I should use while away to minimize any discomfort. I try to visit at least 1x monthly, more if I've mucked myself up. Every single time, without exception, Lauren has been wonderful - professional, polite, knowledgeable, upbeat and positive. I float out of there...knowing the area of concern on that visit will be resolved. My schedule has kept me from going over the summer, but I'm back now and can't imagine how I survived without her. Definitely a massage therapist worth following (although this facility is so convenient I hope she never leaves!!) read more
