I would give them a zero review if I could. My first appointment with them was 6 months ago. They…read moretook X-rays but didn't clean my teeth. Dr Vilardo said that all of my teeth problems were due to sleep apnea. I had my second appt with them a few days ago. She had quit and opened up her own sleep clinic. They told to be 15 minutes early, so I was. 5 people came in after me, they were all called back before me. Dr Rogers told me that I needed four crowns. He said that if one of my tooth cracks, he would have to pull it and do a root canal. All of this work would cost me $4,000. I just went and had a second opinion from Dr Timothy Pohlman. He said that I didn't need any crowns. Dr Pohlman won America's top Dentist in 2025. He's out of network with me, that's the only reason I haven't been going to him. Now I don't care. I will pay out of pocket because he is honest and trustworthy. I would stay far away from Roger's.

Here is my review: I feel there is something suspicious going on at this practice.... After my last visit my feelings were confirmed. I leave here feeling exploited every time. Intimidation tactics are used to persuade you to act urgently on unnecessary expensive treatments. "Routine treatments" such as their oral cancer screening light tool are not presented as a clear choice, but pushed through coercion (for a $30 up-charge). The persistent push for Invisalign on someone who has virtually straight teeth already feels like a grift. It seems money is their main concern, not patient care. The way services are pressured feels less like dentistry and more like a scheme designed to maximize insurance allowances. Feels unethical. I will not be returning and am seeking a second opinion on all the treatments they are suddenly suggesting. I strongly advise others to do the same.

I showed up at 4:15 to get my records and the doors were locked, even though I saw staff inside. Never going back.

However, I felt very pressured to get my kiddo in there fast. Everything started out wonderfully, the waiting area is quite nice and definitely loosens the kids up for their appointment. My little one was nervous at first but ended up loving the dentist. Our tech and dentist were both so nice and fun. When presented with our options for the procedure, they did a good enough job explaining everything. It is quite confusing logistically. Continuing to pressure the anesthesia. We were given the option to just do laughing gas as well, but they hardly talked about it and made it known that they'd prefer to go totally under. We are getting second opinions. I've heard from other parents that they are certainly trigger happy when it comes to putting kids under.
