Even so, I needed to get it done, so I called up West Chester Dental based on reviews on Yelp. I have to say, I'm glad that I listened to Emily R. and Lara P. My experiences with West Chester Dental have been outstanding. When I called up to discuss becoming a patient, Tyler was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Given that this is a fairly sizeable practice, I had the option of dentists, and after some discussion about my preferences and needs, she set me up with Dr. Goel, the head of the practice. I came in for my first appointment just to assess where we are at and put together a treatment plan, and everyone was just so pleasant and nice. Dr. Goel came in and introduced himself and asked how I was doing, and when I replied that I was stressed, he assured me that this was a stress-free environment and that everything would be fine. He couldn't be more right. I have had no stress when I have been in to see Dr. Goel or his staff, even with my anxieties. Since my first visit, I have had some fairly extensive work done, and have more to go. I have had a variety of work done in the past, and Dr. Goel and his staff do such a better job of performing the work and handling the paperwork. The process has been seamless, even when dealing with my insurance carrier. I had oral surgery, and came out if it with nearly no pain. I required a top plate, and when it has needed adjustment, they have been able to get me in same day and get the adjustment done. My last appointment took less than 15 minutes, and made such an improvement in the fit. I also like that they are not only concerned about fixing things like fillings and crowns, but they also are concerned about how it looks. The quality of the work and care is more than I expected. If you are looking for a dentist in this area of town, I highly recommend West Chester Dental. I am so glad I made the choice and contacted them.

Recently, I confirmed my appointment and they made me reschedule since on their end they didn't get a confirmation. Why am I paying for your system not working, literally have proof too that we confirmed. They had nothing soon for later afternoon as well which is what my original appointment that they gave away was. People have jobs and lives. Absolutely unacceptable all around. The office workers just well there's nothing we can do, I understand you're just doing your job and you're bad at it. No empathy for a "mistake" on your end.

Thus, the entire area is kept clean and pristine. The waiting room has a giant aquarium which takes up about half of the wall. It's a salt water tank with many fishes that'll remind you of Finding Nemo! (His kids had a hand in picking these out). Also, there's plenty of refreshments available to you on arrival. My personal favorite is to monopolize the keurig machine and snag a mocha flavored k-cup. The receptionists here are warm and happy. Always energetic, they seem genuinely interested in engaging in conversation. The dental hygienists are equally as fun, making a dreaded visit to the dentist not so bad. The chairs and TV themselves are new and up-to-date. I could easily fall asleep in one of those things while staring at the tv directly above me. Quite pleasant. Dr. Tran is amazing. He's very approachable and amiable. He's always engaged in his patients and is getting life updates. Note: if you want to get him riled up, challenge him to a table tennis match!

But the staff at Dr. Flannery's office really makes the difference. His Dental Practice has expanded and he is now one of two Dentists within his office. I've been fortunate to have a few different Hygienists and can't say enough good things about Jenny. She's so nice and always so thorough. I've had a number of things done over the years. Cleanings, fillings, root canals and extractions. Always a good experience, considering the situation that is. Dr. Flannery also has a number of recommendations for other services such as Oral Surgeons and/or Orthodontists for additional services that he may not perform. I've fortunately/unfortunately used some of his recommendations as well and was pleased with the outcome. Look - it's hard to write a review on a visit to the Dentist. But if you think about it, it's what you put into it, really. Your visits to the Dentist are going to be a result of how well you take care of your teeth or how poorly you take care of them. Aside from that, yes, things will happen. I've been very happy seeing Pat and his Team for all of my Dental needs. Whether a planned visit or a last minute urgent visit, they've always been able to help and get me in quickly. Would I go back? Twice a year, at a minimum, absolutely. And you should too!!! Take care of your teeth and Dr. Flannery will take care of the rest! I'd add pictures of my teeth and mouth but that would just be weird. During a recent routine cleaning, my regular dentist noticed a potential issue with the implant and recommended that I start by returning to the original provider--so I did. From the start, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I was initially told they never received my X-rays, so I personally brought them in. Once I did, the story changed: I was told the X-rays were "too grainy" to use and that they would need to take their own. When I asked how much that would cost, they said they didn't know and refused to look it up for me. I had two separate appointments, and at no point did anyone actually examine the problem or ask questions about my pain or symptoms. The focus was entirely on finances, and the tone made it very clear that they were not interested in helping me. The staff was rude, dismissive, and not honest about the situation. I am still dealing with tooth pain and genuinely hope to find a provider who will help me--but it will not be Advance Dentistry.

Mohamidu (head of the office) told me about their dental plan but suggested that I wait until after the dentist checked my teeth before I purchase the plan for $119.00, which so appreciate because he told me that it may not be worth it depending on my dental needs . That shows me that Beckett Ridge Modern Dentistry is not out just to get your money . That is the kind of person and dental office that should be a role model for other offices to model. My husband and I have had nothing but an amazing experience with Dr. Scott and his team of skilled hygienists and amazing office staff. I have been very impressed with their state of the art technology, available tests and care and education from the staff. They've also been great about recommending new dental products to meet our needs and Dr. Scott and his team always takes the time to listen to questions, really hear them, and provide answers. The office is absolutely beautiful and there is a very warm and welcoming feel from everyone who works there. They have worked with me with my challenging work schedule and are great about putting you on a waiting list if needed to get an earlier appointment - and they really do call when there's an opening!
