I showed up to my appointment to find my appointment was canceled due to not confirming my appointment. Not only did Kings Dental cancel my appointment, they billed my credit card that I had on file, even though I showed up to my appointment on time. (I was five minutes late due to the "office manager" playing on her phone instead of opening up the office once business hours started.) I understand this could be their policy. However, this does not warrant the eyerolls and absolute disrespect from their so-called "office manager". Overall, give Kings Dental a hard pass unless getting degraded is your cup of tea!
