They all lacked one thing or another, came frozen, or compromised the quality of their ingredients. In 2023, I lost 20+ lbs with exercise and meals from MJMP, and I continue to maintain by eating their meals. I love the quality and freshness of the ingredients, rotating menu, and consistency/reliability of their service. I tried prepping my own meals, but the monotony, wasted food and time lost doing it myself was unbearable. MJMP's meals are affordable and delicious, I honestly don't know what I'd do without them! Trust me when I say, it's worth it. Your time is valuable- the time you save and variety of delicious meals you'll get makes reaching your fitness goals much easier.
