I was tempted to still do that special, but I thought to myself "No, I'm not going to wear lime green square-framed glasses, you have to draw the line somewhere." Anyways so I splurged and went with the more expensive frames. I purchased the frames as part of their "Buy one, Get one free" offer. So after I agreed to spend way more than I came in for, the total came out to $356, which included 2 eyeglasses (as pictured), eye exam (prescription), and 2 cases for the glasses. Also just a side note, if you are someone like myself that doesn't know if you neccessarly need glasses per say, the eye exam is only free if you buy glasses. You know what it didn't include? Cleaning off the adhesive residue from the tag, or even a microfiber cloth. The staff was all extremely friendly, thank you, Alex, for helping me decide and sticking around 2 hours after closing. Would I do it again? Yes, but I would probably just ignore the BOGO offer and just buy one pair.

I ran out of my contact lenses and my old glasses weren't strong enough. I came here and thought they'd have some bad frames. To my surprise, I found some really durable ones! I picked a frame and then the lady there told me that it'd be ready in a few days. I believe my glasses were about 40 bucks or so. When the day came for me to go pick it up, I got a voicemail saying that my glasses didn't pass the check-point test, so they had to send it back and make another one for me. It was nice to be updated instead of getting the news after going to the store to pick it up. When my glasses were finally ready, I checked them out and they were perfect. It was a great investment! This vision center closes earlier than the walmart store does. I think they close at 8pm, so keep that in mind.

The gentleman who does the eye testing (I unfortunately didn't catch his name) is always professional and makes the process quick and easy. Stephanie has been there since my first visit about 2-3 years ago, and she's consistently helpful and welcoming every time I come in. The whole team is friendly and makes the office feel comfortable even though they stay pretty busy. If you're looking for a great place for eye care, definitely make an appointment--and check out their newly remodeled store and updated equipment while you're there!

Booking was easy, they sent all paperwork ahead of time, and I received a reminder call. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional overall great customer service from the team. Unfortunately, my experience during the eye exam was very disappointing. The doctor started off nice, but quickly became impatient and dismissive. When I needed to adjust slightly to get comfortable with the machine, she responded rudely instead of making sure I was positioned correctly. During the vision test, I felt rushed and talked down to while trying to give accurate answers. At one point, after I answered, she said "oh thank you ," but in a rude way which felt very unprofessional. That's when I decided to stop the exam and leave. It was honestly a bummer because everything else was so positive, and I was really looking forward to my visit. Maybe it was just a bad day, but based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor especially if you're looking for someone patient and understanding. Dr Anita Gote

After getting a replacement pair of glasses under my warranty within a few days, a screw in my…read moreframes continued to loosen every couple of days. I went in and talked to the manager and sales lady and was told that since my protection warranty was up, there was nothing they could do. This new pair of glasses came with a screw that would not stay tight and basically I was accused of stripping the screw out and told that I should never tighten the screw in my own glasses. When I asked if I was being accused of stripping the screw I was told no however no one else has touched my glasses so they're recommendation was for me to make a two hour round-trip drive and spend $75 in gas every two days to have them personally tightened the screw. If these have been the original pair and I hadn't purchased the warranty, they would've been good to go for 30 days so I don't understand why this replacement pair wouldn't at least come with the same 30 day manufactured defect warranty. It has a manufactured defect and they refuse to hear it. I will not be buying glasses here again and I don't recommend anyone else do either.
