She cleaned and repaired them in about 15 minutes, and my mom could hear again almost immediately. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, pleasant, and genuinely helpful. The manager even went above and beyond by giving me phone numbers for medical transportation options since my mom is no longer driving. I apologize for not remembering everyone"s names Knowing this is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the community since 1967 makes the experience even more meaningful. We were so thankful for the prompt care, compassion, and professionalism shown to us when we truly needed it. I am incredibly appreciative and highly recommend them. We received the most caring and perceptive therapist, Christine Fontaine, to help our son with what seemed to be merely a speech articulation problem after some therapy at school, orthodontic devices, etc. However, after these treatments failed to resolve our son's speech articulation, We took him to Speech Wise and met Christina. She performed an evaluation and immediately informed us the results in great detail. She informed us right away that it was possible that our son might need a different type of therapy but it was going to take some trial and error to determine the root cause of his struggles. After every session, she would send a detailed email to both my ex-husband and I, who have 50/50 custody of our son, splitting the time he is with us on a weekly basis. This makes therapy and other treatments difficult, but with Christina's help and guidance, we were able to stay on top of his care. Once she discovered that he would need to have orofacial myofunctional therapy first before speech articulation would be effective, she communicated that to us quickly. While she was working to sort out the issues she was seeing, she even took it upon herself to get certified in this type of therapy! Christina Fontaine is an amazingly caring and talented speech pathologist and we'll forever be grateful to her treatment of our son. He even cried on his last session, saying how much he would miss her!!

While I have grown out of the worst of my stuttering, I wanted to fix some lingering issues. She never made me feel invalidated and always took my concerns, however minuscule, seriously. Today, they emailed me happy birthday for my child, but next to my child's name it said "cannot come back, will not pay". They are sloppy and unprofessional.

And even as new parents navigating the education systems these Women were phenomenal in making sure I knew how to proceed in helping my child. Later to find out it's because the therapists "didn't like me" I didn't handle when he got RING WORM appropriately so because of this, my son is now out of education, not speaking and struggling, I cried on the phone with her as she continued to say that he was not welcome. I did not receive any type of help no referrals elsewhere. I have emails/records of her staff calling me at 9pm to tell me about all the gossip and why I should choose them over another school. I haven't stopped crying...my son isn't speaking...and now my baby is being denied help that he NEEDS more then anything. I have screenshots of her employees harassing me and making me apart of their drama. I have a letter of them asking us to attend the school but now a year later he is denied. A MAN was in charge of taking my son to the restroom...the employees are on their phone more then anything. This is beyond immoral and wrong. The director offering referrals in her response is untrue. I will be submitting a complaint to the ethics board. Now we have safety concerns over if that man was ethical with my son considering this is how the director operates. If you are considering this place, run fast. She completely destroyed my day and my sons education and chances at success. Also, she says to reach out...her phone must not be working because I got dropped with no help or guidance. Thanks!
