I can't say how far my child has actually come. It's very impressive. I will travel to get my son his therapy sessions I would not change the staff or the way they do things. Nothing needs to be changed. Everything is perfect. Me and my son JayJay love Little Wonders and the staff. I do recommend this place even though there can be other good therapies too. But I highly recommend this place.

If I could rate this less than one star I would. This office fails to tell you that you will be…read morebilled as an outpatient hospital visit simply because this facility is attached to the hospital. If you go to another facility (not the hospital) and receive the same therapy, you are billed at a lower rate. I was given a form that listed my insurance benefits (which states they verified my insurance) and they wrote I would be paying for my co-pay (not unmet deductible) for each visit. However, I later received the bill which stated I was being billed at the outpatient hospital rate instead of my co-pay, which is nearly three times what my co-pay is. I called and asked to speak with the manager but had to leave a message. It's been at least three weeks and she has not returned my phone call. Additionally, in reading the codes for the "therapy" I received, it appears they "stack" the medical codes for billing purposes. I called the complaint department and spoke with someone who is supposed to be a "patient advocate." But all he could do is regurgitate a boiler plate response. I am still attempting to speak with someone who can discuss these issues without sounding like a parrot.

The visit seemed more in depth than a freebie, but I clearly told the receptionist that, that's what I was there for. However, they billed my insurance than tried to bill me. After kindly telling them that a mistake had been made, they offered to give me a call to clear it up. I never received a call or apology. What was baffling is that they still proceeded to email me. Today, they emailed me happy birthday for my child, but next to my child's name it said "cannot come back, will not pay". They are sloppy and unprofessional.

Our current therapist - Eliza Brooks- has been awesome for my son. She is kind and passionate and knowledgeable. She has been guiding and helping him for about 2 years. He has made strides in every aspect of his life. She approaches him with a plan and keeps us informed of progress. She has been a blessing. All of the therapists approach their job with caring and compassion. They do not forget that the parents are an important part of the equation and keep them informed.

Communication has been clear, scheduling has been manageable, and the overall environment is supportive. Highly recommend.
