Ana was put in my life over a year ago after my breast cancer diagnosis. It was caught early and removed, but I needed to learn how to heal myself and how to take care of my heart, body, and mind for the future. Fast forward a year I have achieved my personal goals and beyond. She is beyond a Physical Therapist, Coach, and Healer. I consider her a friend and one of the main tools in my toolbox. She changed my life, and my relationships with my family, friends, and strangers have changed because I have. Everything has so much more meaning and joy each day. She will teach you how to listen to your heart (intuition, gut instinct, etc.) and to trust it. I have learned how to embrace my female energy (I was raised to use mainly my male side) and to accept that life is a rollercoaster of feelings and how to deal with the ups and downs head-on.
