I had an appointment scheduled, and unfortunately I wasn't able to make it. I called them at the time of my scheduled appointment but got no answer. I left a message hoping I'd get a call back, but none ever came. I either would've come in later if possible, or rescheduled. Instead of calling me back they simply charged me for the appointment. That, to me, is not how you teat a client. If I had never called, or was just a poor patient I can see that being the course to take, but if i Try to reschedule, or come in later that day they should work with me, and not simply charge me.
