I had to ask the masseuse to dial back the pressure because it hurt! So be communicative about what you can tolerate. I was pleased that it was a full body massage, though there was a concentration on the back and shoulders. They also used hot stones which are hotter than I've had before. There seem to be a good number of rooms. Apparently there's parking behind the spa but also street parking available too. There's a sushi spot and ice cream place nearby.

I was given a locker to store my clothes and was given a white rob to change into and sandals. The dressing room had lockers a separate toilet area, shower and area to dress. The masseuses brought out warm buckets of water for our feet and immediately started with a shoulder massage to start to loosen our muscles.
