Our 4 month old is developing a mild flat spot on his head, so we came to be evaluated. We saw Sarah and she was so warm and friendly. She explained everything she was doing and what she saw. She even gave us some suggestions to start trying before our next appointment. We were seen quickly and there was plenty of parking and seats in the waiting room. Highly recommend!

She is so helpful and pleasant every time I've had to call for my aunt. We had a visit with Dr. Lou this past Friday. He was so positive and explained everything in terms my aunt could understand. The last doctor I saw, brushed me off, said "You've been deaf for almost 15 years, what do you want to me to do for you?!" then practically kicked me out. Christine, however, has been so helpful!! My type of hearing loss is rather odd but she managed to find a hearing aid for me that works! She was very patient and understanding. She's also very knowledgeable about the products and will work with you until you find the perfect one. She explains everything in a manner that is really easy to understand. On top of all that, she worked with my health insurance to get a super low price on the hearing aids as well. Tip: they sell hearing aid batteries that are cheaper than at Rite Aid/etc! I always receive pleasant and knowledgeable care from all staff. They are very willing to listen to your concerns and provide excellent suggestions to help you adjust to your hearing aids.
