Initial costs are equivalent but the projected fees (after warranty periods expire) are less costly. Just as important, my opinion, the professional staff has been more responsive to my questions about equipment maintenance (the first place I went to told me not to worry about it, "just come here" and they "would do it for me!! I've also found it much easier to get appointments here. The office staff are great, and sometimes I've even gotten help just on a walk in basis.

Our 4 month old is developing a mild flat spot on his head, so we came to be evaluated. We saw Sarah and she was so warm and friendly. She explained everything she was doing and what she saw. She even gave us some suggestions to start trying before our next appointment. We were seen quickly and there was plenty of parking and seats in the waiting room. Highly recommend!

I always receive pleasant and knowledgeable care from all staff. They are very willing to listen to your concerns and provide excellent suggestions to help you adjust to your hearing aids. They carry many different models and makes of hearing aids and are excellent at guiding you to the right one for you. My husband is now a patient of theirs and agrees they are excellent! Amazing! I lost my hearing in my right ear when I was 12. I've been to a ton of doctors and no one…read morehas been able to help me. The last doctor I saw, brushed me off, said "You've been deaf for almost 15 years, what do you want to me to do for you?!" then practically kicked me out. Christine, however, has been so helpful!! My type of hearing loss is rather odd but she managed to find a hearing aid for me that works! She was very patient and understanding. She's also very knowledgeable about the products and will work with you until you find the perfect one. She explains everything in a manner that is really easy to understand. On top of all that, she worked with my health insurance to get a super low price on the hearing aids as well. Tip: they sell hearing aid batteries that are cheaper than at Rite Aid/etc! Seriously, A++++++++ doctor!
