Another 6 months and back for my free, routine check up. As usual, Beth greeted me at the reception desk after I checked in. Once in her office, she checked my ears then got to my devices. Having been to the Amazon jungle, the hot, sweaty conditions had taken a toll on my hearing aids. Beth took the time to spiff them up and restore the little sport tails that keep the aids from sneaking out of my ear canal. All set, back to normal and NO CHARGE! I'll be back in another 6 months. Beth and crew are delightful to deal with. PS: my ReSound devises are fantastic. I chose Hearing solutions after hearing great reviews from fellow musicians in the area who went to Beth to get their ear molds done. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Hearing Solutions. Beth took the time to explain to me the process of getting the molds done as well as giving me some preventative tips on protecting my ears as a musician. When I was recommended to Beth Levine at hearing solutions I made an appt and was very happy to receive my hearing aids and work with a Paul in her office. After several weeks my left hearing aid was not working so I met with Beth as Paul was no longer there and she told me that the black tip was stuck in my ear! I was upset to say the least and her comment was "It happens all the time!" I asked if she would cover the cost of me going to urgent care and she said absolutely not . We were on vacation from Hawaii and my boy friend lost a part of his hearing aid. We arrived to Boston early Saturday morning. We looked for any hearing shop open, none were. We left a message at Hearing Solutions along with several other business. Beth Levine was there only one to call back on Saturday. She was going to keep her shop open for us to get there but we didn't have a car and it was 90 minutes away. She gave a contact close to where we were staying and we were able to get the hearing aid fixed on Monday. We really appreciate her help to strangers whom she will never met or have as customers. Recently the volume control of an Oticon hearing aid -- which I'd purchased before knowing them -- malfunctioned. Even though they don't normally sell or service Oticon aids, they were extremely persistent and effective advocates. They were able to get my aid repaired and persuaded the company to lower its cost by about 25 percent. I live in Los Angeles and have been visiting my son and his wife and children in Foxboro when I realized I was asking, "What did you say?" too many times ; I needed help!
