I started seeing Aiden almost a year ago when my therapist suggested he could help release trauma from my body. I have PTSD, numerous autoimmune disorders and chronic stress. I've been going to see Aiden weekly for acupuncture and cupping at least two months now. The change in my wellbeing has been HUGE to say the least!!! When I booked my consultation with Aiden I wasn't really expecting much different from what I'd experienced in the past. You see I'd been around the block a few times over the years with different acupuncturists for different reasons. I felt like I never had a true connection with any of them. I either had communication issues or was left traumatized by the way they applied the needles and just left me hanging in the room uncomfortable, never checking in to see how I was doing.
