Sophie got back to me within minutes via text message. I wanted a deep tissue massage with cupping, and I was able to come in the following morning to see her colleague, Jeff. Based on the reviews I read on Google and Yelp, I believe Jeff provides the firmest pressure between the two of them. Parking wasn't an issue at 9am but make sure to still arrive 5-10 minutes early to use the restroom if you need to and to get on the massage table. I couldn't have been happier with my massage with Jeff! Cupping is never not uncomfortable but it was much needed for the tension I had in my back, especially my low back from a past sports injury. He uses the plastic ones with the hand pump. Jeff also included some heat therapy and a gentle sinus massage. I left feeling refreshed and more relaxed. I definitely plan on coming back the next time I'm in town. They accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, card and cash. A $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment time and it goes towards your total for the massage. As with any service you receive, be kind and tip :)

I have even availed myself of multiple sessions with a Rolfer over the years. LeeAnna is off the charts excellent. She incorporates sound therapy with massage and has mastered skill sets in several other modalities including shiatsu, pregnancy massage, cupping, and energy work. She uses smooth, heated jade stones for targeted heating. Jade stones are known to be imbued with healing properties. Her space is safe and has a feeling of sacredness about it. She is highly intuitive, and understands the body in multi-dimensional ways, unlike anyone I have ever been to. She is thoughtful, warm, safe, and extremely attentive.. My first session was a gift from a family member that lasted 90 minutes and ended with a half hour or so of sound therapy using gongs and Singing bowls. I left feeling positively altered at levels I can scarcely describe. I wanted to go back, and discovered that she was booked out 6 to 8 weeks in advance. Given the quality of her work, this is completely understandable. It's such a pleasure to recommend such a quality individual as Leanne! Be patient, your first session might take about six weeks before you can get in, but it's well worth it!
