I had a water heater leak a couple of weeks ago and had received another quote just before I called SERVPRO and spoke with Albert. He was exceptional and sent someone out right away. Julio came to my home and was fantastic. He was thorough, kind, honest, and gave me a very fair quote for the remediation. He started on the spot, and his teammates brought over all the equipment needed for the dry-out and got everything set up. From there, Julio came by every day for three days to check the moisture levels. After three days, everything was completely dry. After that, I worked with Albert and Martin on the construction and restoration. As of yesterday, everything was finished! Albert checked in with me this morning to make sure I was completely satisfied, and only after confirming that did he send the invoice. (I did not use insurance.)
