The place advertises that it provides breakfast. We went for the breakfast and found that ONLY Fruit Loops cereal was offered. NOTHING ELSE!. Coffee was not good. We asked the desk attendant about the breakfast. He stated, "We only offer Fruit Loops". Very misleading advertisement. We went to another hotel on the same street the next day (Holiday Inn Express). That one was also rated in the 8 range on Hotels.com. That one was exceptional compared to this property. I cannot help but question the credibility of the ratings for this property.

I will never stay in a holiday inn again because when I lodged a complaint against him they did nothing. one other thing, construction workers stayed there on weekends. they were allowed to cook out and drink out in the parking lot right outside guests windows being loud and obnoxious till all hours. and the heating ac unit did not work properly.

We stayed 3 nights and had 3 different rooms due to one room being a smoking room (we requested non smoking) and then our room had roaches. A lot of roaches. Each day we would take our items to the car because I didn't want to transport roaches home. Maid services never came so we only had a third of a roll of toilet paper. I didn't ask for more because when I asked for towels and wash clothes the desk clerk wanted me to bring down the dirty ones. We had one towel to begin with because the room wasn't stocked. The telephone didn't work and there was no smoke detector. The A/C buttons were torn off so the room temperature stayed on 60 the entire time. The price is cheap but damn, I expected a little better than what we got.
