I had heard about Turbo Tim's being good for Toyotas,…read moreso when I search them online, the one that was closest to me didn't have openings for several weeks and I saw that this one had an opening the next day so I grabbed it. I had a very loud sound in my car and I'd had it for about a month. It was getting worse, I thought it was maybe something wrong with the head gasket or exhaust or something. I brought it in and they diagnosed it as a problem with my heat, shield and corrected it for basically the cost of the $45 inspection fee. While I was there, I decided to get other things done. I got a full synthetic oil change. I got a coolant flush And fill, I got a replaced engine oil, pressure switch, and replaced headlight bulb. The way they do estimates and pricing is very transparent and there's not really any pressure at all to get unneeded services. The full synthetic oil changed for example, was actually cheaper than every other place. I've gotten that done by about $12. They were incredibly customer service oriented. They offered to send me home in a rideshare vehicle and pick me up later, but I decided to work in their lounge area and just use their Wi-Fi, which worked great. The repairs were done pretty quickly for all that they were doing, and I was surprised at the end that my car was washed because they hadn't even mentioned that shop manager guy Darius even offered to get me a Diet Coke when he was out and about and I just was very impressed with the vibe of the whole place there technical expertise and Customer service. I was very impressed with the place as a whole and will definitely be back. The cats are an awesome addition and are obviously well taken care of as well.

Fortunately, Motomaxx was able to get me in the next day and is conveniently close to the dealership where the car was. They also charged far less than some other nearby places. I came with a book, prepared to wait a while. They have a small lounge area, but the seating is comfortable and there is a tiny fireplace, nice to have on a cold rainy day, I was almost disappointed they finished with the car so quickly! They said that was partly because it was in such good shape that there wasn't a lot to investigate, so very good news. The other thing I noticed was that I was treated with respect and given a rundown of the results. This has not always been my experience as an older female at other places. If I lived in this area , I would probably become a regular.

I was greeted warmly, offered coffee in the lobby, there's glass you can look thru in the bays to see the work being done not like a dealership where you can't see anything! They have a TV, its a kid friendly lobby, the staff then comes in shares what's going on with your vehicle and offers to change those items like the allergy filter most people dont even know is tucked away under dashes or in glove boxes with covers on them. Air filters, wiper blades mine were old so its a good one stop shop. They dont push, if you want it great if not they say ok perhaps next time trying to show you they want your return business and a relationship. While i see other reviews not so nice about staff. Let's be realistic folks its an industry that brings alot of young people to work, its a good college job for most. This particular shop though has a very high integrity owner! He pays them well so this has resulted in several people making it a career. Family owned small business by a Christian disabled gentleman who is salt of the earth! Give them a shot much has changed and they constantly work to better themselves and ask if there's anything they can do to serve us better as customers. Now, i am in retail so i understand people and realize we all look at reviews often making decisions from them and that's fair. At the same time its not a restaurant or a bad meal, its your automobile and when many of us have not had the money to update things bc we are scraping by. That doesn't make them rude, often times its our own conscience knowing we dont want to spend more and just get back on the road w as little out if pocket as possible. Called customer service and they couldn't care less about the situation. HOURS of my time and my husbands time wasted between him coming and getting me from valvoline, and taking time off work to come get me from home cuz they wouldn't give me a rental. Zero compensation, zero remorse. Even the Firestone they towed it to said they fix cars from that location all the time! Horrible employees and horrible service. Then when we went to Firestone to pick up my car...it wasn't paid for and I couldn't pick it up. So we had to FORCE them to pay for it on the spot so I could take my car home after 24 HOURS OF NOT HAVING IT AFTER THEY BROKE IT!!! I can't give negative starts but if I could I would. What a horrible company. We will never be going back.

I have been taking my cars to Jason basically since I started driving…read more There are plenty of shops to get your car fixed, and while I'm sure everyone has something to say about getting their car fixed, Jason is the only mechanic I will ever trust with my car. I took my car to the dealer (it's a one owner bought brand new) for it's 60,000 mile service which includes replacement of the timing belt. What I was met with was a repair bill of over $1500!!! I took my car to Jason instead and had all the fluids flushed, a tune up, water pump, and timing belt done for $700. Now maybe it's just me, but saving over 50% on a service charge because you don't have to pay a dealer mechanic their RIDICULOUS hourly shop rates, but friendly service with a smile, a mechanic who will bend over backwards to find you parts for your car at the lowest cost to you, and a guaruntee on the work done is priceless. One other cool feature, I love getting my car back after having it worked on, and taking it one garage stall over to vacuum it out and give it that hand polished shine that makes my car look happy. : - ) I will never take my car anywhere else, unless I absolutely have to!

These guys stripped every fastener in the wheel and rotor assemblies on my vehicle. They over…read moretorqued the wheels down to the point where my 1400 ft-lb electric impact could not take off the overtightened lug nuts. Additionally, the overtightened lug nuts warped my rotors. I had to go back and ask this shop to reinstall the wheels correctly. And finally, I now need an extractor kit just to replace the front rotors since the retainer screws are stripped. thx (i had recently replaced the retainer screws by hand, so I knew they were in good condition before this shop mangled them) And finally, they are way overpriced for this sort of service.

Somethings to know: You are not making an appointment. You will more than likely sit and wait to get in. It says "15 minute oil change" but account for about 20-30 minutes per car. If you don't like waiting, go make an appointment somewhere. They will do an oil change, check your lights, fill your tires, top off your washer fluid and do a quick inspection of under the hood. They can change out batteries here. The employees I encountered were great! A stand out was Andrew (I believe that was his name) He was so great! Awesome costumer service skills! He's the reason I would come back to this location! He checked my engine light and made sure the car was safe to drive! What I needed repaired was more that what this place can do, but it gave me peace of mind until I could get to the dealership! Go to the website! They normally have a $10 off coupon! And if you are on their mailing list I have seen $15 off an oil change! Overall I was very happy with the service I received here!
