Yesterday they were scheduled to do a termite inspection between 12 and 5pm (not very convenient 5 hour window) and after spending the afternoon home waiting, I got a text about 3:50 from their tech telling me he was still in Seal Beach and could we reschedule for another day. Not Tide Pest! They nailed it. I had an awful problem with pantry moths. I had tried for months to get rid of them on my own to no avail. Bailey said I had been killing the adults, but not the (Eck) larvae. He explained what they'd do and sent an email with everything in writing which I did refer to several times to prep the kitchen correctly. He arrived within the time window stated and was done in 30 minutes. He let me know his eta an 30-60 min before they arrived. He examined my cupboards and hutch thoroughly before proceeding. He cleaned up afterwards-there was only a little bit. Only needed a dust pan Bailey said he'd follow up in a week to make sure they haven't returned. If I do see any, he said he'd return immediately. Very good job and worth it to finally get rid of these annoying insects. I've had to throw out many pantry items and feared buying more/eating them until this was handled. I called one pest control company and they referred me to Recon Pest Control and told me recon uses better chemicals for my situation. So I call em and they send Tyler right out-no waiting. He knocks down spider webs, thoroughly sprays everywhere, problem solved. So then a month goes by and he returns to spray again but then we get hit with another crazy hot, triple digit heat wave and I find a few ants in my office again. Tyler comes right back and resprays the entire property a second time. Since then I haven't seen a bug in or around the house once. I usually see something, often around the pool area but nada. Even the dog's food bowls are left alone. After replacing the tile on my roof, some rats found their way into my attic. We'd hear their mating ritual echoing through the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Called Recon and they sent Ryan out to set traps and seal the entry points. Problem solved instantly...subsequent inspections showed no sign of rodentia in our home. Insects and rodents...I don't mind them when camping in the backcountry but hate em around my home. Recon is the fast & affordable solution. My advice? Next time Mother Nature bugs you call the TERMINATORS at Recon Pest Control. I have been using Hearts Pest Management since June, 2003. When I built my home in Murrieta, it must have been located on an ant bed as I suffered with millions of ants. Hearts came to my rescue and was able to rid my new home of those little pests almost immediately. Two years later I built my home in Harveston and was plagued with rodents that were disturbed with so much construction of new homes being built. And, again, Hearts Pest Mansgement was able to get rid of those pests. I cannot say enough good things about Gerry and his Compony. I was able to promptly schedule a visit for them to inspect my attic and premises to see if there were any signs of infestation. Marcial was prompt and came prepared (with booties!). Luckily for me he did NOT find any signs of infestation, so there was nothing to treat (at this time, knock on wood!). But he did spend a good amount of time explaining possibilities of what to expect and keep an eye out for. We've used OC Total Pest Control for many years now, and they've been great at getting rid of in-house ants when they find their way in (you know - ants always come a-lookin' during the hottest heat waves of the summer). They have always been prompt, reliable, and pricing has always been very fair! Can't recommend Marcial and OC Total Pest Control enough! TLDR: Gets rid of pests! Prompt, reliable, great price!
