Amazing service. Great value and zero downside. They came out with only 2 days notice even though they were super busy. Gave us a 3 hour arrival window and arrived in that time frame. Malcom was our guy. He helped us get rid of a paper wasp nest and was extremely friendly and professional as well as detailed and helpful! I'd whole heartedly recommend Minti as a service and Malcolm as the individual you get assigned. Very reasonably priced pest control service. Jake was so pleasant on t he phone and in person - came out very quickly and the day that he did the assessment he was also able to spray the outside. Came back four days later to spray the inside floorboards. Even after just the outside spray our ant population was markedly reduced (90% reduced! From what seemed like 1000s of ants!). Love that it is in organically-based pesticide, makes me feel safe especially with puppies around. It does smell minty for quite a while after but have not noted any ill effects from the spray, that is, does not discolor white paint or do anything untoward to the kitchen finishes. It does seem I will need the $99 every two month preventative service but I feel that is well worth it given the amazing difference in such a short time. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about the service that Jake offers his customers. I started using Minti back in 2018. I was struggling with termites inside and outside of my house. I called initially due to a bat that decided to use my front door alcove as it's new bedroom. Jake was very helpful and gave me great advice. Never tried to sell me on coming out for service. Because he was so responsive, I booked them to treat for ants and spiders. I was happy with the fact that their product is safe for dogs. Jake has been working with us over the last year with various bug and rodent issues that seem worse this year because of the run. Jake is always on time, very responsive on text/phone, and works quickly. But what makes this is a 5-star review are 2 things. First, our baby was 3-months old the first time Jake came. Jake made sure to be extra quiet and ensured all chemicals used were baby safe. Second, we had some ants return a few months after the first treatment (which is pretty common). Honest & no pushy The reason I choose this company over others because Minti does not use deadly chemicals that can hurt my fur babies. I had called every single company and look up their ingredients and they all use some kind of chemicals which I don't approve. I found Minti and I knew this is the company I will use forever. We have the most severe ant problem to the point that we almost go to hotel that day. 10000s come out each day. I spend few hrs cleaning each day and they come out again. I haven't used any pest control service before due to the safety for my dogs. Jake came out in December to spray inside and outside, there were 0 ants immediately. Just had Jake come out and "bat proof" our house after we had 2 bats inside our house in under 6 months (both bats discovered by my 2 young kids; not fun!). Jake was professional from start to finish. I really appreciated that he took the time to be thorough in reviewing our house for possible bat entry and exit points (both outside and inside our house) and explained all that he would do to to make sure we didn't wake up at 6 in the morning by my kids screaming Bat! Bat! Bat! He provide a detailed invoice of the work done and even had sketches showing areas of the house he would work on. Being a member of a multi cat household, you have to take care with chemicals. I have had ant and termite issues and was at my wits end until I found Jake and Minti Pest on Yelp. With no harsh chemicals used and excellent reviews, it was a no brainer to have him come out and give me a quote. Jake is very professional and an all around nice guy who will not steer you wrong. He is fair (won't try to sell you on something you don't need) and he's honest. I have not seen any ants or termites since his initial treatment and I just had my alternating monthly treatment which will continue to keep those suckers at bay. I had Minti come out to treat our house for termites and pests. We had quite a bit of termite damage and multiple entry points for rodents to enter our house and attic. They tented the house, sprayed for pests, and took care of the rodents. Jake and his team were extremely thorough in their assessment and treatment of our house. We have not had a problem with termites or rodents since they came out and we really like their healthier approach to pest control.
