They stated they would replace them but a week later told me they forgot to place the order and because the warranty was now expired, that they could no longer order them or do anything for me except to clean them. They are still broken. This is something that could've been fixed if they would've done their job in ordering the hearing aid replacements when they said they would. 0/5 if I could.

I was given a lot of information about the technology all at once, which was overwhelming, and I didn't feel like my specific type of hearing loss was fully considered during the recommendation process. I initially expressed interest in in-ear hearing aids and they were recommended to me, but after trying them I still couldn't hear softer sounds clearly. It made me feel like the type of hearing loss I have wasn't fully taken into account when guiding me toward that option. I was also surprised that no follow-up appointment was scheduled to help adjust the hearing aids or check how they were working. That kind of support seems important when getting used to new devices. In the end, I returned the devices and ended up going to Costco instead. I hope the process is more supportive and personalized for older patients who may need more guidance and ongoing adjustments.

He explains the process clearly so you know what to expect, and he's always happy to answer any questions you have. I can confidently say custom earplugs are much more comfortable than the generic ones you find on Amazon or at Guitar Center. At Soundscape Audiology, you can even choose the colors, so it's easy to tell which earplug goes where. They also come with a zippered carrying case and a cleaning brush. If you're a frequent concert goer or are sensitive to sound and want protection, I recommend Soundscape Audiology. I had a positive experience!

My husband - musician ear plugs; me - swimming ear plugs. The procedure for getting molds of our ears made was fairly fast, not uncomfortable (just a slightly weird sensation), and the ear plugs were ready to pick up in 2 weeks. As someone who generally does not like having my ears plugged, these custom swim plugs (different colors too, to identify R and L!) have been a revelation. They are really snug and comfortable, don't fall out, don't let water in, allow me to still hear some sound, and I was told that they also float if they should fall into the pool. I haven't tested this. I highly recommend Soundscape Audiology! It was very easy to make appointments. Dr Thakkar was great - he explained everything very clearly and we felt safe and assured throughout the whole process. Note: no credit card payment. We paid by venmo.
