Finally at 11:45, the doctor appeared for about two seconds escorting a patient out. He then disappeared into the back. Never said a word to me. I sat in the waiting room for almost another hour (until 12:40) and had still not spoken with ANYONE in the office. The reason for only 4 stars is the location. You must park in a garage about a half block away and walk to the building. If you are handicapped or have difficulty walking, this is not the place for you. I love the office manager Paige, she is top rate. In the past two years, I have seen two different audiologists, and the technicians keep changing. Of the three technicians I've seen, two were excellent.

I have had to wait for weeks to get an appointment. I have been currently waiting for over 2 weeks to get a simple wire sent to me so that I can replace the old one. Why would they not have these wires on hand? I paid $65 to have the HA looked at and told they are clean and in good condition (5 minute visit) and then have to wait so I can perform a simple repair. Using my friends old pair right now. Truthfully they work great and were just purchased over the counter. Sounds like that might be the way to go
