Then in order to get your hearing aid…read moreyou have to sign a waiver that allows them to get more money than the agreed upon contract with your insurance carrier. And if you don't sign the waiver, they won't submit your insurance claim. My original waiver was left blank and I was led to believe that I would be reimbursed for whatever the insurance said it was worth. Well, then my waiver was lost and they would not send my claim in unless I signed a waiver that was now filled in with 80% of maximum of $1000. Oh, did I mention that my claim was not submitted until I brought it to their attention nearly three months later? So the game changed over that time period. Feels like they were hoping I would forget about what I paid in advance and they would get to keep all of my money. Then not submitting unless I signed the now complete waiver? Seems like coercion to me. I've learned my lesson, NEVER pay in advance. NEVER sign a waiver. This is a scam and they will do whatever it takes to get more than the agreed upon contract. If I had knee surgery, I wouldn't have to pay more for the device than the agreed upon contract with insurance. They are taking advantage of people and the system. By the way, I've since looked them up and several people have sued. Stay far far away! They should be ashamed of how they do business! This is unethical.

Dr. Lisa Gumina, an audiologist and founder of Finer Hearing, made a house call and fit my family member with Widex Beyond hearing aids. I had to let others know that Dr. Lisa provides this extraordinary service. Moreover, she was kind and patient completely explaining everything in understandable language. Dr. Lisa surprised my family member with a follow up call checking on them and then discussed next follow up steps. She the journey not scary and broken down into small, realistic expectations and steps. She made sure to involve family to improve outcomes too always following HIPAA guidelines. She gave a beautiful gift that if communication and better understanding for someone with a severe, bilateral hearing loss. This person know hears the windshield wiper blade while I am driving and they are on the phone. They hear the clock ticking and ask if I heard that. That person attended Church that has a hearing loop and spent the entire mass smiling because they heard the sermon and songs. That was the best gift of all. I have had my hearing aids for 2 years now. They are effective and do a good job. My problem is…read morethe service after the hearing aides have been purchased. I have had to wait for weeks to get an appointment. I have been currently waiting for over 2 weeks to get a simple wire sent to me so that I can replace the old one. Why would they not have these wires on hand? I paid $65 to have the HA looked at and told they are clean and in good condition (5 minute visit) and then have to wait so I can perform a simple repair. Using my friends old pair right now. Truthfully they work great and were just purchased over the counter. Sounds like that might be the way to go

I came here to see Dr. Ng in November for a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. The entire staff was…read morereally friendly and had great bedside manners. They were able to ease my nerves as it's my first time ever getting these procedures. The team sent me all the instructions I needed prior to the procedure to help me prepare. The only downside to this experience is that they couldn't find my vein for a while, and there was no other option but to give anesthesia through IV. Some facilities have backup options like laughing gas. They ultimately found it, just in time for my procedure. The entire procedure took about an hour, I woke up pretty quickly, and I was also surprised how quickly they were able to get my results. They had images of the findings for me. The only thing that took a couple of days was biopsy. I'd totally come back to this facility in the future, and I'd recommend Dr. Ng and her team to anyone in the area looking for all things gastroenterology related.

Duly is a business first and foremost, and not a well run business, for its customers. The communication, between specialists is, at best, poor, the communication, contact, is through a central " booking office". Getting follow up appointments, on serious medical issues,; heart bypass surgery, etc. is a nightmare. Appointments that are critical, and should be scheduled with-in days, or a few weeks, are often only available months out. Medications, prescribed, often duplicated, because, the communication between specialist is poor, Dully's business model, i believe, is potentially dangerous, to a patients health. Profit, over, patient care, needs, seemingly
