The desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the office was spotlessly clean and my hearing specialist, Monoca was as friendly and warm as could be. She explained everything as we went, she performed several different types of hearing tests while diagnosing my problem and she recommended and ordered the correct hearing aids that work perfectly. Then she followed up with another visit to calibrate them exactly to my needs. It just doesn't get better than that. And the insurances were taken care of without hassle, too! I was told that they could not help us. They said the warranty had run out a few months ago, and my husband was not eligible for new aids for another year and a half. This in fact was not true as the insurance would have covered the repair, I am certain they should know this, but simply did not want to help. A hearing test would have allowed them to at least adjust the aids to the correct setting. So I also asked for a hearing test, and was told we would have to wait several months for an appointment, with no apology. However, I want to thank them for this terrible disgracefully service because it allowed us to find a wonderful provider, Clear Hearing in San Bernardino, who was able to get us in within a week, ran a hearing test and got brand new hearing aids authorized within two days.

The last place offered over a month out... day of appointment went smoothly. Only a few papers to fill out, receptionist was really nice and welcoming! She greeted me with a smile that actually felt genuine and as soon as my paperwork was done I was called back. The Audiologist was really nice too he explained each step before I did it, and allowed me to relax a bit. I had my test and he went over the whole test and I was anxious because I was sure I was going to need hearing aids since my last visit several years ago i was on the borderline of needing one... my hearing hasn't changed, so I assume it is my tinnitus getting worse! He was very nice and explained that caffeine can cause tinnitus to get worse but I rarely drink caffeine so I'm not sure what is causing it! But the quality of care here was amazing! I felt heard... they didn't try to sell me something i didn't need! He explained everything and I left very informed and happy I would definitely recommend that if you are like me and get anxious when you go to a doctor but need your ears checked call here!! Which was also causing immense pain during my menstrual cycle. I got a call back from the receptionist saying Heidi wouldn't prescribe anything outside of an Tylenol or ibuprofen which I was already taking 800-1000mg of. It was very careless and incredibly disappointing especially being with Heidi for years and her being fully aware of my situation of past miscarriages. I was shown no compassion at all. I ended up in the ER and had to pay for that on top of urgent care visit all due to lack of care from my primary doctor and of this establishment.
