The last place offered over a month out... day of appointment went smoothly. Only a few papers to fill out, receptionist was really nice and welcoming! She greeted me with a smile that actually felt genuine and as soon as my paperwork was done I was called back. The Audiologist was really nice too he explained each step before I did it, and allowed me to relax a bit. I had my test and he went over the whole test and I was anxious because I was sure I was going to need hearing aids since my last visit several years ago i was on the borderline of needing one... my hearing hasn't changed, so I assume it is my tinnitus getting worse! He was very nice and explained that caffeine can cause tinnitus to get worse but I rarely drink caffeine so I'm not sure what is causing it! But the quality of care here was amazing! I felt heard... they didn't try to sell me something i didn't need! He explained everything and I left very informed and happy I would definitely recommend that if you are like me and get anxious when you go to a doctor but need your ears checked call here!! It is a nice quiet calm vibe... I felt comfortable and will definitely go again in a year!!

I was told that they could not help us. They said the warranty had run out a few months ago, and my husband was not eligible for new aids for another year and a half. This in fact was not true as the insurance would have covered the repair, I am certain they should know this, but simply did not want to help. A hearing test would have allowed them to at least adjust the aids to the correct setting. So I also asked for a hearing test, and was told we would have to wait several months for an appointment, with no apology. However, I want to thank them for this terrible disgracefully service because it allowed us to find a wonderful provider, Clear Hearing in San Bernardino, who was able to get us in within a week, ran a hearing test and got brand new hearing aids authorized within two days.

The Dr is wonderful at this office, I've been here 2 times lately with my mom because she has ear…read morewax build up and so she can't hear with even her hearing aids in, the Dr has had us go to get her ears washed out to remove the wax and the little infection she has on the outer canal of the ear. My mom has been to one dr who was incompetent in removing the wax and so we are seeing a specialist to have them do it then back to Pacific Hearing for the Dr to set her other hearing aid. It's been a back and forth process but he is very reliable and nice and very professional. He knows what he is doing 100%!!

This office has refused to use one of her insurances and as a result she still has not been able to get her hearing aids. If someone has coverage for hearing aids, everything should be done accordingly so the person can afford to get the necessary care that he or she needs.

I was referred to this business through my insurance. Once in the office I was encouraged to use…read moretheir preferred hearing aid solution and get better care than what the insurance would provide. Once I received my hearing aids, there was very minimal instruction as to use and maintainance at the time of acceptance. My right hearing aid has been problematic at least 3 times in the first year. This resulted in only office staff adjustments per their experts. Just over 1 year of use my right hearing aid quit working or charging. I brought both hearing aids and charger to be checked out. No log in of equipment or signage of release. 1- 1/2 weeks later I phoned for an update. Very rudely the receptionist, Charlene, informed me "I told you I will get back to you when it is ready!" I also asked to speak with her supervisor. Charlene said "Lilly" is rarely in the office and was very busy with meetings. I requested she have "Lilly" call me. After 3 weeks I am still waiting. They offer "loaner" hearing aids with a charger when available. They thought the left hearing aid and charger that they gave me were mine--but they were not even the same color! The loaners did not work so I returned them the next day. No log or signage upon return either. 4-5 days later I showed up to office very frustrated. A MIRACLE--they had my right hearing aid! No left one and offered me a NEW charger since they couldn't locate mine. At 3 weeks+ I am still waiting for them to locate and return my left hearing aid!! I am also still waiting for "Lilly" to find 5 minutes in her extremely busy schedule to call me back! For the high cost expended for these hearing aids, one would expect better quality and service from this office.

I called to cancel the appointment but instead Karina said I could come in so she could check my ears with a camera. She was very helpful and nice and took great care of my ears. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are very professional and I am now not cancelling my appointment but I plan on going to them as soon as my ear wax situation resolves. After, I waited about 7min to be seen. SUPER FAST! No waiting long hours like other places. My experience only got better and better. I had the most nicest MA Sarahi who went over my history in detail and gathered the questions I had for my provider. PA walked in and my consultation began. She answered every single one of my questions (and I had a lot) thoroughly and with the most positive responses. Super sweet person. At no moment did I feel rushed or dumb for asking questions. I even caught myself asking the same question and she answered both times in a very respectful manner. I made a follow up appointment for 3 months. Loved it here!!!!!!
