They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.

I needed to make sure my car was reliable. To my surprise, they discovered my catalytic converter was missing and replaced with just a metal tube. I also needed a nearby frame section replaced because it was damaged and causing a leak. Today, I completely forgot to drop the car off in the morning like we originally planned. I called them around 1:30 PM to explain the situation, and Tim -- truly a miracle worker -- still told me to bring it in. They got the catalytic converter installed and the issue resolved, and I had my car back by around 3 PM the same day. I even offered to pay extra on top of the initial estimate since it was my fault for missing the appointment, but Tim refused and said he was just happy to help me out on this, especially because I just landed a job as an electrician helper.
