I'm never too sure when going into a automotive place by myself but never once did I feel like I was going to get jipped by this place. He did what I asked and didn't try to sell me anything else which I was thankful for. The service was also really quick!!! [THE BAD] The first day I called this place to make an appointment. The man I spoke to didn't sound too friendly... maybe because they were all tied up but he told me to bring it in the next day & that's just what I did and sure enough, they were ready & willing to help me out! I was ready to buy a new tire, but he said it only needed an inexpensive patch up and I was on my way in less than a full day (I got stranded after hours). He's not that far from where I work, and my regular mechanic has a foot and maybe a knee into the retirement door so I expect I'll be back. He's not far from a stop on the 80 county bus.

Stopped at F & F Tire on Rawson and they had on one person on hand and were closing. ***** Stopped at TiresPlus in Menards lot. Was told it would take 2 hrs (OK) -- I dropped car off and went for a walk in Menards -- went back after 1 hour -- and the tire leak was repaired at very reasonable price. Paid $500 for sensors two weeks ago and my engine light went on and they told me to come in the next day they looked at the car for a half hour told me exactly what I told them what was wrong that the connector wasn't put on correctly and five minutes into driving it after they gave it back to me a second time, the engine light went back on, and I called and told him I was bringing the car back and they wanted to give me another appointment for the next day where I proceeded to yell saying that it wasn't done right the first time and now the second time and they want me to come back for a third time! They clearly do not know what they're doing and they do not provide their selves on any type of customer service! Please don't go here!
