Multiple customers to the gas station came in to get food/drinks and I had to awkwardly get out of their way while I waited. They were also running behind so they couldn't get to my car for at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They did a good job on the car and had a detailed report plus the oil change for a very fair price but honestly I'll probably go somewhere else next time cause its just less convenient when they don't have an adequate waiting room for people getting something quick done.

I needed to make sure my car was reliable. To my surprise, they discovered my catalytic converter was missing and replaced with just a metal tube. I also needed a nearby frame section replaced because it was damaged and causing a leak. Today, I completely forgot to drop the car off in the morning like we originally planned. I called them around 1:30 PM to explain the situation, and Tim -- truly a miracle worker -- still told me to bring it in. They got the catalytic converter installed and the issue resolved, and I had my car back by around 3 PM the same day. I even offered to pay extra on top of the initial estimate since it was my fault for missing the appointment, but Tim refused and said he was just happy to help me out on this, especially because I just landed a job as an electrician helper. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare. I definitely recommend Affordable Car Care. They go above and beyond.

Avoid Gordon's Auto Shop on 124th at all costs…read more This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an auto shop. I brought my truck in after having brand-new OEM suspension installed for what should have been a routine alignment. They kept my truck for hours, only to tell me they "couldn't do it." Despite accomplishing absolutely nothing, they still charged me $60 for an alignment inspection. On top of that, they returned my truck with greasy fingerprints and grime throughout the interior and made no attempt to clean up after themselves. If you can't respect a customer's vehicle, you shouldn't be in the business of working on them. What made the experience even worse was the staff. They were demanding, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the entire process. Rather than being helpful or professional, I felt like I was inconveniencing them simply by bringing my vehicle in. Customer service was practically nonexistent. I then drove to the Goodyear just down the street. They had my truck in and out in about an hour, completed the alignment without any issues, and even mentioned it was one of the easiest alignments they'd done in months. That made it obvious the problem wasn't my truck. Based on my experience, Gordon's wasted my time, charged me for no meaningful service, treated me with disrespect, and returned my truck in worse condition than I dropped it off. There are much better shops nearby that actually value their customers and take pride in their work. I will never return and cannot recommend that anyone trust them with their vehicle.
