Frank and Andrew return early the next morning with all the necessary equipment and removed and replaced the broken pump and had water back up and running to our home by 3 PM that afternoon!!! This was no easy task- the well was literally in the forest, far from our home and the area around the well overgrown so access was tricky and difficult- this did not dissuade them in any way, nor did it drive the price up. The quote they gave me was fair and honest, especially considering another company gave me a higher quote claiming the pump was underground. Dennis assured me the pump was NOT underground, a very honest admission that saved me hundreds of dollars, if not more! After some problems were discovered in the install process, Dennis and Water Dr worked with me to make the unexpected costs more reasonable. He then sent me a detailed invoice that included a warranty, easing any concerns I might have about future issues. He was positive and helpful throughout, answered all my questions and never seemed annoyed, rushed or frustrated by a first-time well-owning homeowner. They gave our issue some priority (we were unable to use water due to limited space available in sewer pump tank and pump not running) Kevin diagnosed the problem quickly and came up with a couple options to rectify. Melanie said they had some "no water" calls that morning and were running behind. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and have them call me back later with a new time frame. Melanie calls back around 12pm saying that they got more "no water" calls and all the crews were working on those calls and they had to reschedule. Okay, I get that having no water is an issue. HOWEVER, you have SCHEDULED jobs....WEEKS IN ADVANCE. If I had a reservation at a restaurant I would get in before people that just walk in. Same concept. People that call in need to wait. Plain and simple. On the other hand, if I wasn't home and the company showed up to do work, they would be pissed (as I am now). Clearly, this company places priority on bigger jobs that bring in the most money. Forget if you have a scheduled job. If something better comes along you'll be pushed aside. Customer service DOES NOT EXIST here. The company needs to better prioritize their crews (if they even care to). Have a team focused on emergencies and one focused on SCHEDULED JOBS. I urge everyone to NOT USE this company. If you feel like wasting your entire day for them to reschedule the day of your appointment, then by all means call them up.
