We just moved to the area and had heard good things about this company. But after calling the office to talk about everything, we completely changed our minds. Someone picked up the phone, Alicia? maybe.. my daughter in law said the tone on the phone was enough to make us take our business somewhere else. It honestly felt like we were bothering her just by calling and asking questions. We ended up going with another company that was actually more expensive, but the woman who answered the phone was kind and helpful from the start. I'd rather pay more than deal with someone who acts like they hate their job.
