Several years ago, Doctor Heather helped greatly with a series of issues, mostly pain in the hip, right leg, and knee. At age 81 now, even then I appreciated her "non-force" techniques. She had me put in a heel lift in one shoe, something that no other doctor had checked for. She's a wonderful communicator, gracious, and generous with her time. Heather is amazing. She really cares and listens! She takes her time with you during the whole process. She makes sure you understand what is going on with your body and she takes the time to explain your adjustments all the way to things you can do at home to help yourself feel better, like stretches and such. Because I generally get weekly massage Ive been fortunate that's it's been a over decade since I've had an issue that warranted seeing a chiropractor. I had a top notch encounter from this office from start to finish. Receptionist Kathy called me first thing Mon morning after I had left a vm on Sun requesting an appt asap. I was seeking treatment for a constant dull to sharp pain between my left scapula and thoracic spine that I couldn't get rid of by other means (massages/foam roller/lacrosse balls/ice/heat). Who doesn't love an office that has a adorable dog in it! Mickey escorted me back to the room where I would have my adjustment and even jumped up on the table beside me at my initial visit. If you come in on a Saturday, you are greeted by two dogs - Mickey and Roxy. Yay for getting my dog fix!!! Heather was ultra professional and caring. It is very apparent that her work is her passion and that she genuinely is interested in your wellbeing. I didn't feel rushed, frightened and/or uncomfortable by the manipulations/ultrasound, or muscle stimulation she performed on my back and neck. I was in a car accident Nov 2020. Fast forward to 6 months later and my treatment with Dr. Heather. First, I believe that not everyone's body will benefit from Chiropractors. Unfortunately mine is one of those. I have had some really bad experiences in the past . That was not the case here. I did get some relief, but because of the time and nature of my injuries, We could only do so much. This is where Dr. Heather really shines, because she saw that I was only getting so well after my treatments and rather than agreeing to continue seeing me and continuing to take my money, we decided to stop treatments. I had gone in for a massage and met Dr. Dehn because I had to do the free consultation that came with the massage. My massage was for minor aches from sitting at a desk too long. Long story short, of course, as I'm sure very other person in the world, I was "out of alignment". It took a while for me to think about it until I finally agreed to get an adjustment by her. That ONE adjustment changed my whole entire life. I went from a 2/10 neck ache to 10/10 pain, stiffness, and couldn't move. To this day I suffer and have had to pay so much money for relief. Not a day, or shall I say minute, has gone by since that ONE adjustment by this chiropractor that I have not had pain. It's been constant since then and like I said, my whole life has changed. No longer can I drive more than about 30 mins without severe pain. No longer can I enjoy theme parks, attend certain social events or spend time with family without pain. Just wanted to share my experience....four years later. It's just that when people ask me what's wrong, it's hard to explain how I am suffering so much from just a single neck adjustment. And people wonder why doctors are skeptical of chiropractic care...my advice, if you are not in severe pain, don't go! I had gotten hurt at work twenty years ago and Dr. heather not only got me back on my feet, she took me and my case all the way through to the workman's comp appeal board. I always appreciated her and knew she was the best but I moved 25 miles, got married, had a child and with my busy life I found a few other chiropractors to go to whose location were more convenient although Dr. Heather always had set my standard of expectation. Hard to believe I ever left over the hours drive when I think back. She came in on Saturday morning the day of my wedding after I got my hair done and gave me an adjustments for stress neck ache. She also was there the day I left the hospital after having a c section, all stitched up and she figured out how to realign my hips. The stories of going the extra mile go on. Well, I just returned when I threw my back out again this time sitting in the dentist chair arched backward too long. After all this time, she managed to fit me in a couple of days in a row and got me playing golf by the weekend. Although I didn't end up getting treated by Heather, I could tell from our consultation that she deeply cares about people and their pain. She was helpful to talk to and knowledgeable about kaiser treatments options. I would recommend her to anyone. Her goal in talking with me wasn't to lure me into getting paid by adding another patient to her list, she was more concerned with me getting the help I needed and by making sure my treatment was covered. Unfortunately there are limited doctors who are more concerned about people's treatment than their own agenda and Heather is definitely one of them. If she was in my coverage plan, I'd probably switch chiropractors to her. Definitely check her out! read more

Dr. Dehn is awesome! I threw out my back (which ended up being the result of an earlier injury) and I went from being on the verge of tears, hobbling hunched over like an old woman (I'm 20-year-old college student) to being back to my old self in two weeks. I realize not all recovery can be that fast, but her office was always very friendly and accommodating to my school schedule. read more

Dr. Dehn is very knowledgeable and Kathy is super accommodating with the schedule. She tries to find me appointments that fit within my work schedule. Dr. Dehn has some Saturday appointments as well, so that is nice too! They are not in my insurance network so I probably wont be able to stay with her practice for long, but she is thorough and I recommend her office if you happen to have a PPO or a network where you can get a break on the cost, otherwise adjustments will run you $50+ read more

There are angels in my life, without which I would simply be unable to exist. Dr. Dehn is one of them. She is quite seriously a miracle worker! If you hurt, I highly recommend calling her! Before Dr. Dehn, I was a huge skeptic of Chiropractic care overall. However, Doc has made me a complete believer, and I've recommended a lot of friends to come see her. I've now been coming to see her for the past two years - sometimes a few times a week, sometimes once every other month or so as needed. But even on short notice, when I've been in horrible pain, she's always taken me in. Her rates are very competitive and she is a truly legit Doctor in every sense of the word - addressing everything from occupational injuries to sleeping habits, footwear and dietary/general health issues. I have been a patient of Dr. Dehn for 4 or 5 years. I usually see her as needed. After a couple of adjustments, I feel fine again. I was injured in a weird accident, when I was knocked to the ground. I had a concussion, my teeth were knocked loose and my back was badly injured. It took almost 8 months of gentle steady adjustments to repair my back. I could only sit up for a few minutes at a time when I started with Dr. Dehn. After 8 months, I flew to Europe with out a problem. She is the best chiropractor I have ever visited. read more
