He then wanted to arrange times to view properties, again did not confirm, and a day later after trying to reach him he replied that he had a child care emergency (which is not a problem for us BUT the complete lack of transparency and follow through was frustrating; it felt as if we wasted a weeks worth of potential properties.) Even though we replied, he however never got back to us again. This is a very unprofessional approach to any client. Honestly felt like there was no reason for this Overall, the experience felt careless, unreliable, and far below the level of professionalism one would expect when making major financial decisions.
