He then wanted to arrange times to view properties, again did not confirm, and a day later after trying to reach him he replied that he had a child care emergency (which is not a problem for us BUT the complete lack of transparency and follow through was frustrating; it felt as if we wasted a weeks worth of potential properties.) Even though we replied, he however never got back to us again. This is a very unprofessional approach to any client. I knew I could not use an agent in the Sonora area after the litigation and looked outside the area. I phoned Scott who answered his phone and told him the circumstances around the property I had purchased. Scott totally understood my situation and said he would like to help me sell the house. Scott asked numerous questions and completed a market analysis to get the best possible dollar amount we could for the property I liked Scott's straightforward, honest, and no BS approach to the sale and marketing of my house. I subsequently signed on with Scott to be my representative in my home sale.
