The funny thing is, 30 minutes on a treadmill feels like eternity, but 30 minutes in a relaxing steam room feels like 30 seconds. Time flew by. Robes and slippers were provided since you move between rooms for different treatments. If you plan to do multiple services, I recommend bringing a small tote bag to keep your belongings together as you go from room to room.
