Tracy is THE one. When she does my nails, they last all month. At other places, I would see signs of lifting at 2 weeks. With Tracy, I don't have to worry about it at all. My most recent nails lasted *7 WEEKS*. They definitely could've lasted longer, but I broke my nail and needed to get it fixed ASAP. All I'm saying is that lifting and chipping do not exist if you go to Tracy. She is also patient when I'm trying to figure out colors/designs, gives really good suggestions, and takes her time! I'll DM her on insta if I'm not sure about a design. Heaven_nails_tracy I don't take the best photos, but here's proof that the nails last! The photo of the white nails is after 1 week, red nails is after 4 weeks, and dark brown nails is after 4 weeks. Cat eye and checkered nails photos were from day of the appointment.
Came here on a slow Tuesday morning with my SO to get a pedicure for the first time! It was quite a nice experience to be pampered being a man. They sit you on a massage chair and have you roll up your pants so you can soak them in a special warm water bath. I had Tracy take care of me today and she was fantastic from start to finish. I don't even know what was going on but my toes all the way to below my knees feel really smooth. The treatment was heaven spa pedicure. I'm pretty sure she used more than 10 different types of products for my feet and legs. The used a warm towel to wrap my legs and worked on them one at a time. The total process took a little less than an hour. I'm really pleased at how smooth my feet are and how clean my toenails are. I would definitely do this again! I learned a lot today!

Wanted to pamper my mom and came here after work on a Tuesday around 3pm. Appointment process: This was so easy. I just called and they had both me and my mom scheduled in less than 5 minutes! Appointment Day: * They took our temperature and had us use hand sanitizer as soon as we walked in (YES! I love when businesses are proactive and taking covid seriously). * My mom got a pedicure and a manicure (they had her get the pedicure first). She had Tina and absolutely LOVED her experience there. Tina was great and gave her some nice suggestions for colors. * I just got a gel manicure (pictured) with Kelly. She was so kind and helpful! I came in with an inspo pic and she did her best to match it for me. Even though they didn't have the gems to exactly recreate it, she offered other suggestions and really put an effort to help me get what I pictured. It really felt that she cared. * After the manicure, she massaged my hands, arms, and shoulders. She put scrub on my hands, lotion, and hot stone (what a TREAT!). Gel manicure + Simple design (on 2 nails) = $35 + $6 Manicure + Pedicure = $55 Both prices are prior to tip I took -0.5 because I felt a bit rushed. I guess Kelly's next appointment at 4pm came a bit early, so the woman at the front desk kept coming to where we were. It seemed like she was trying to speed up the process. However, I really appreciated that Kelly gave me the whole experience (massage, scrub, hot stone massage) while saying that she had time because the next customer was simply early.

She also helped me pick what would look good and it came out amazing. I also got my eye brows done and she made sure they weren't thin. Would definitely recommend for people who like designs.
After a spa pedicure and gel manicure, overall I'm happy with my experience at Heaven Nail & Spa. My only complaint is that they charged me $10 to take off my SNS which I think is insane. I've never been charged to get this taken off... a few bucks ok fine, but $10 seems excessive. My nails look great and the appointment was quick. I love that they use warm towels, hot stones, and give you a shoulder massage. Most salons up charge for all of that. I'll definitely be back!
I first went to Heaven in 2019 as I was looking for a salon that would do nail art in the Northern VA area. Each time I have been, I have not been disappointed! This was my first time back since the start of the pandemic, and I am so glad I decided to come back to Heaven after two years. I had to get gel tips removed and did a fresh coat of gel with nail art (in a festive feel too!). The paint job wasn't the cleanest on a singular finger near the cuticle, but we're all human! And they did a wonderful with the art and were soooo patient with my design ask. I highly recommend Heaven to anyone looking for some festive nails this holiday season! Cheers!
Let me tell you... I love their Spa Gel Mani and Spa Gel pedicure. I worked with Lina for my manicure - and her attention to detail is unmatched. She made sure these nails were presentable for my engagement photoshoot as well as picked a nail color for me that suited my skin toneS I forget the name of the lady who did my toes - but she is honestly wonderful as well.

Came to get nails done before a wedding! Party of 6ppl--bride, mother of the bride, and 4 bridesmaids~ They were very accommodating! I think we called to make an appointment a little over a week before? I could not make up my mind with the shade of nude and my technician, Jenna was amazing! She suggested the PERFECT nude anddddd added some subtle sparkle on the ends~ it was better than anything I would've thought of! I wish I got the name of the color, because I love it so much! It's always been hard for me to find the perfect, not too pink and not too pale nude color for my skin tone~~~~ and this one is so perfect I've also never really tried the sparkle and love the subtle-ness and just the right amount of glitter~ Definitely a combo I will try again~

I found Heaven Nail & Spa through their great Yelp reviews! I mean this in a positive way: it was actually refreshing as a Vietnamese-American to go to a nail salon that wasn't Vietnamese owned. I had a good experience for my first time that I ended up purchasing the $10 membership. It's a one time fee that allows you to have your own box with a nail file and buffer. You'll also get 5% cash back on your purchases onto a card to use towards future services. They definitely specialize in gel nails and designs so the pricing is reflective of that but it's worth it.
I've been going to Heaven Nails and Spa for a couple of years now, and every visit has left me with amazing results. Recently, I went in for a Level 2 design manicure (design on four fingers), and Suda was fantastic--she paid close attention to every detail. If something wasn't up to her standard, she wasn't afraid to start over, and ensured I was happy with each step and color choice, which I really appreciated. The salon is Korean-owned, and reservations are a good idea since it's usually busy--probably because it's right next to George Mason. The music isn't too loud, and they have TVs playing shows, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Pricing is also more than fair for design nails, and as a bonus, my manicures typically last three weeks without any chips or breaks! read more

Absolutely loved my experience at Heaven Nail & Spa. Tina did a great job on my nails and was incredibly detail oriented and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. I recently visited Heaven Nails & Spa and had an amazing experience, thanks to my nail artist, Lina. She has an incredible attention to detail and manages to work quickly without sacrificing quality. Every time I leave, my nails look perfect and beautifully done. What I appreciate most is how reasonable the prices are for the level of service I receive. Lina truly exceeds my expectations every visit, making it a great value for the quality of work. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic nail salon experience! I first went here back in 2016 for a few years but went else where because I moved and the drive is long. This was supposed to be my half leg wax. She used small sharp scissors and cut me. And then the hairs she cut were too short for the wax and strips so she plucked them too. I asked to ensure to get the knees, and at the register, she charged extra. This was supposed to be a birthday gift. read more

I have tried many nail places in the area and this is the only place where I've constantly gotten good results. The first time I went, I asked for a design (pictured below). Cindy did a fantastic job and took her time to make sure my stickers stayed put. Another time I went, I picked a white color that was almost see-through. I walked out of there pretty unhappy but once I voiced my concern, Cindy again fixed my nails and made it look SO GOOD. Lesson learned: let them know if you don't like it and they'll accommodate you. read more
Just finished a much needed pedi. Been coming here for almost 2 years and have had different techs... everyone has been awesome and did exactly what I asked. Today was Tina, she heard I had a rough week at work and she treated me to a longer than usual foot, neck and back massage. LOVE IT!!! I was doing gel mani every month for quite sometime and stopped when my nails became brittle. Now I only do pedis when time permits. The place is always clean, quiet and relaxing. Everyone is very professional, always made sure Im comfortable and offered beverages to enjoy. I'm also stoked I signed up for membership coz next visit is going to be free!!! Yay! read more

It was a random Saturday and I had acrylic on my nails that were a month old and I desperately wanted to get a soak off and try a SNS manicure. I called the salon and made an appointment for a soak off and SNS manicure (this salon only offers natural nail services). As I arrived they immediately took my temperature when I walked in and they have a hand sanitizer station right in front of the front door. They also have a clear shield in front of you and the nail technician which is awesome during these times! My nail tech was Tina and she was amazing! She was so meticulous and she made my nails look perfect! Everything about this salon was amazing. I live about 35 mins away I will definitely be returning! read more

I had high expectations for this nail salon after reading all of the great reviews, but was very disappointed by the whole experience. I got the impression that my nail artist was not in the mood to listen to my request. I showed her a few photos of nail designs I was interested in getting, but I got a distasteful response and I had to basically settle for a simple design. Definitely not what I was expecting when spending time and money to get lasting gel nails. It's been a mere 5 days, and the gold tape design on my nails are already falling off. Totally unacceptable! My friends got regular manicures and their nails were bumpy or didn't have enough time to dry. My friend's nailed smudged within 15 minutes after leaving the salon. The only positive attribute about this salon is how accommodating they were when I called an hour earlier to make an appointment for three of my friends. Most definitely won't be returning to this place to get my nails done here. read more

This was my first time going to this salon after a referral from my friend. I had been looking for a Korean salon since they are better known for their cute designs. The salon is easy to get too off a main road and has its own parking lot so no worries there. The salon on the inside is not very big. Seats only 6-7 people for manis same with the pedicure seats. They also don't seem to have TOO many colors to select from. After I chose a color and sat down, one of the workers came over and gave me a shoulder massage which was very nice. I honestly was not very impressed with the nail care work (filing, cuticle cutting, etc). I am however very happy with the design which was the whole reason I sought this place out. I took them a picture I saw on Pinterest and it turned out great! All the ladies were very nice and accommodating. Also receive a hot stone hand massage and another shoulder rub at the end. I would definitely go back to this place to try out some more designs. read more
All of the positive reviews are telling the truth -- this salon delivers THE BEST nail experience all-around in the NOVA area. It's been a few days since I've gotten my nails done and I. Can't. Stop. Looking. At. Them. (and I've gotten tons of compliments as well!) I made an appointment for Saturday afternoon for my cousin and I for a gel mani and regular pedi. We both opted for the gradient mani ($50). We started off with the pedi ($35) which includes a massage, sea salt soak, paraffin wax, hot stone massage. The mani included a hot stone massage, neck and shoulder massage (!!!), regular hand/arm massage. My nail tech, Erica, was meticulous and detail-oriented during both services. Both services exceeded my expectations and I left impressed and satisfied with the final outcome. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other salons in the area, but you get so much more for your money here. I'll definitely continue to come here and join their membership program ($5 one time fee). I've never been so pleased with a nail salon experience before! read more

Used to go here years ago. Just recently moved back and decided to come back again. WOW! Quality remains the same here. I now do SNS and Jenny did an amazing job. Four years later and I still am obsessed with this place and have not chosen to go anywhere else! Now having experienced getting nails done during COVID, I can also add how seriously Heaven Nail takes the precautions. They had done temperature checks, had dividers up, everyone in masks, constantly disinfecting, changing the cling wrap on cushions, etc. Now that things are opening back up, some of these precautions have relaxed but it still felt very safe and all staff (and most customers) were in masks. Made an appointment for my friend and I to treat ourselves to pedicures. I've gone here in the past and have had good experiences but this visit didn't measure up. Everything was okay for the most part but what was disappointing was that our calluses were hardly shaved. For spending $70 each after tipping, I expected better. They have a sign in the store saying the prices are going up May 1st but even at this "cheaper" price I didn't feel like we got our moneys worth. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to pay for an expensive pedicure if it's worth it but at this level of service, I think I'll find somewhere more affordable and thorough. How much is a pedicure and what types of pedicures do you offer?
