Very rude customer service , don't go to this nail salon . Very unprofessional and overpriced............

I had a pedi and primer gel nail service with Sunny. She was very personable and did a wonderful job!! Heaven Nails offers great services!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I want to first start off by saying I had to re-visit the salon two times to correct my nails. Totaling 6 hours and $160 in payment... including tip I was visiting town and decided to try a new salon. I got I got an acrylic set and was super excited. I even called ahead and asked who was the best person for nails and was recommended the store owner. When I get there, I told her about my appointment at the store. Owner just throws me to the first person that's available instead of working on my nails. She didn't ask if I wanted to wait for her. I didn't EVEN know who I was getting seated with. I assumed it was the person that I was supposed to have my appointment with. The Tech working on my nails didn't really let me see my nails that much when she was working on them. And kept acting like she was in a huge rush to leave early even though the salon was supposed to close hours later. She spent three hours on my nails and they ended up lumpy and not the design I wanted and looked like they could break at any moment. Even flimsy, if you pressed on my nail it would bend which is not normal for acrylics. I noticed it once she had left because I was getting a pedicure and let the other tech know what happened. I told the Owner , and they told me they were closing early that day, even though no sign had said that anywhere. And that they would go ahead and service me the following day. The next day I spent ANOTHER three hours getting my nails done by the original person that was supposed to have done them anyway. But DON'T WORRY she complained the whole time saying that she had OTHER customers that she should've been working on that actually would pay. ( because it's a correction I was not gonna pay for it). Her and the other techs were complaining about why they hate doing corrections on peoples nails. While I was waiting to get my nails fixed, there was a girl that walked in. that had told them that she was there to get her nails fixed as well. They told her that they couldn't help her until later in the week when I was finally seated The techs were laughing and complaining about how it was so dumb of her to have wanted to get a correction on her nails and that she waited too long to ask for them to get fixed. And they were trying to justify why MY nails were so lumpy and asking which nails I wanted corrected. When all of them looked like trash. So I had them fix all of them. Again they complained the whole time making me feel super uncomfortable and were bashing other customers all right to other customers faces. When I told her what the nail tech had done, they just looked at me like I was crazy. I kept justifying why my nails looked so bad Saying that it was just her off day, and that she was rushing to leave because it was towards the end of the day. I even asked for their names, and they just gave me fake names saying that they were the same name as the girl that ruined my nails. AGAIN making me uncomfortable. Almost like a mean girl situation. I will NEVER come here again and I will NEVER recommend anyone to this place, so so so UNPROFESSIONAL, LACKING CONSISTENT TALENT and outrageous prices with NO list of prices on the menu. please do not go here unless you want to get overcharged , harassed and spending countless hours fixing something that should've been done right the first place. You would've totally thought it was one of those beauty schools with how terrible the talent was there. AVOID AVOID AVOID read more

I went to the business as a past minitue thing, as my nail salon was already booked. Experience was nice. Friendly people. But I got my nails done on Saturday, and noticed the dip was applied very patchy. Then when looking at my nails they weren't filed down enough. They are super bumpy and thick looking. Now a day later and the dip is falling/ chipping off. Annoyed that I now have to go and get them redone a day later!!! I will never be back. Not worth my $100ish bill. I've been getting my nails done for years!!! And never had nails chip and fall off the next day. read more

My technician was on the phone the entire time, and my nails were filed down way shorter than I asked. She also talked me into doing gel powder, in which she put on so thick that my fingers felt heavy. Wasted my money in my opinion. read more

my nails after leaving there were HORRENDOUS!! ive had bad nails in the past but never as bad as these. first off, when one of them was filing my natural nails he cut my pinky then blamed it on me for not relaxing my hand. like i'm pretty sure that's not how you treat customers. then i asked for almond shape to which he filed my thumbs to be square and the rest of my fingers to be the worst almond shape i have ever seen. then when he applied the acrylic, he got it all under neath my nails and on my skin to which he did not clean up. then when filing them down, they did not do a very good job because they are still SO thick. i asked for a pink french tip with an orange line above them so which they did the opposite colors for them. which would have been fine if the french tips were not halfway up my nails. not to mention the girl who was painting my nails rushed the nude base color so it's all streaky. then when it came time for top coat, one of her regulars came in, so she started to rush to help her instead leaving my pinky finger on my right hand to only have half of it covered in the top coat. and at the end, she put lotion on but not once did she wipe off the dust from filing that was on my hands so my skin was left covered in the dust. horrible experience and will not be going there again. don't even know how they are still in buisnes. read more

This is my first Yelp visit ever! Four employees right next to me laughing and talking in a language I didn't understand - for my entire pedicure. When I went to point at my nail she said very abruptly "don't touch". So when I got home and my dog jumped on my feet ruining three nails I didn't feel I could go back. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and dehumanizing. Just don't go there. read more

Ive been to this salon several times and have had the same technician. I hate that she files my nails very short although i have asked her to keep them long. Part of the problem is she speaks very little English even though she has worked there at least 2 years. Also i hate when the employees converse in another language to each other when they are servicing me. The manicure was nicely done except for the short nails. The location is good. read more

I have been here many times and Kevin has always been great. Yesterday he wasn't there so I was with a new lady. Not only did she get upset when I declined their new nail powder, but insulted me in front of other customers saying "everyone likes it, but you're a college student and can't afford"... she also charged me $10 extra for removing my nail polish from before. Not only was I embarrassed, but made to feel bad for the service I wanted done. IF I go back, I will never work with anyone except Kevin. How humiliating. read more

Made an appointment over a week in advance. Had to wait 15 minutes after pur appointment time to start. My sister and I had 1 technician for both our pedicures. For 45 dollars I expected more. Nails were cut too short. Massage was rushed. Disappointed to say the least. read more

I've been getting pedicures here for years. They have a great polish color selection and the prices are the lowest in town!

Worst customer service, never been treated so poorly in an establishment in my life, EVER!! My nail lady was really rough and not filing my nails evenly. When I asked her to be more gentle and to fix one that she filed almost to a point- she stoped mid process and said oh your picky- I don't have time do it. They had 30 minutes until the next appointment. They refused to keep going, and demanded I leave saying I took too long to pick a color.... when really she didn't want to take the time to do a good job. No one said anything about another appointment when I came in, I asked if they could do the dip I wanted- all yeses until I ask them to please not hurt me while prepping my nails. And boom- suddenly not enough time! The younger lady behind me who spoke English explained the 7 minutes I took to pick a color was 1/3 of the time she had so she couldn't finish me. And proceeded to explain for 10 minutes how that's why they are stopping, and when I laughed asking if they were serious, bcuz we were already in the middle of the service, she tells me she didn't like my vibe and demanded rudely I leave !!?? Most unprofessional, disrespectful salon. (Also when I asked her name for this review she refused saying it was personal information- yeah right- oh but she had time to explain her weekend was long and not a good one to me too) If no stars was an option, this is what they should get. Literally stood over my chair and tried to bully me out of the building. Don't take your friends/family here- waste of time and dignity. Very disappointed, I got a gel manicure. It was very sloppy, parts of my nails had big globs while other parts were not covered. It was stuck to the skin all around my nails. It peeled off after 2 days. The technician that did my nails was texting and not paying attention to what she was doing and was very rude when I came in to get them fixed... never again read more

I do not recommend this salon to anyone. $85 and two toenails smudged later, nothing but regret. Contacted the spa to redo because I had them done specifically for a wedding I was in the next day and was met with a very rude employee saying that they couldn't take me because they were too busy all day...try in a few days (wedding was next morning). Went so far as to ask if I could stop in and just redo myself as I could not go to the wedding with toes looking as poorly as they did. Answer was simply "No, call back in a couple days." Worst service once ever. My shellac pretty much never hardened and was off within 2 days. I had to ask for him to fix my nail cause the basecoat was all messy so you could see it once they put the color on. He also was only going to do 2 coats for the color but I requested 3 since you could see all the messy painting he was doing. Don't waste your time or money. read more
