They were very rude about it instead of trying to problem solve. My niece got her nails done at an earlier appointment that day and she was told they would not do designs on her nails because there wasn't enough time. They should have informed her of that at the time of booking. They do not manage their schedules well and they overbook themselves so they cannot fulfill all of their appointments. She gave me perhaps the best massage of my life, certainly it was in the top two. There was one I got back in 1993 that stands out. She's so intuitive and it all felt very nurturing. The music was nature noises which worked well for me. As a musician I listen to music and so that I can't let go if music plays, no matter how zen. The spa is cute and small and well laid out. When appointment day came around I walked in and my arrival was a sort of mystery to the staff there. I said my name and asked for a Brazilian appt and referenced the app but it flew right over a staff members head that was currently working on someone's hair and stopped to assist me. I felt bad and said I'd reschedule but she insisted if I waited 20 mins someone would come down and take of my wax. Ok I'm here I'll wait the 20. She arrived under 20 mins and got right to work. I was pleased with her speed and results were smooth but she may have not been well prepared enough or was trying to rush because she missed some critical spots I didn't get to examine until I had gotten home later. She was still very good and I could tell she was an experienced waxer.
