As someone who extensively reads through reviews and is selective about what services I pay for, I can absolutely 100% recommend Heavenly Auto Care. On the phone, I spoke with Hermes who is a genuinely nice, honest person and very knowledgeable and professional. I explained to him that I previously brought my car to the dealer due to getting a dashboard alert for a brake system malfunction. Per the dealer, I was told I needed to replace the master cyclinder and get a brake fluid flush. The dealer's quoted repair estimate was ~$1,746. They also recommended a few routine maintenance things (i.e., replacing the front/rear wipers and the cabin/engine air filters). If I were to have gone through the dealer, for parts and labor, it would've cost ~$307! Hermes took the time to explain to me in detail the possible causes for my car's brake issue (it was very interesting and informative) and the break down of the costs. The quote he gave me for the brakes was MORE THAN HALF the price of the price estimate I got from the dealer! Hermes took the time to look up my car, its specifications to get more accurate quotes for parts, etc.; and shared lots of helpful tips to save money on my car. He effectively communicated with me by calling and updating me about when to expect the ordered parts and when they had arrived at the shop. I also appreciated the flexibility allowed in me choosing when I could bring my car in. On the day of, Hermes was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful-- as I had experienced him on the phone. He explained everything very clearly, took the time to explain things so I was informed and aware (I learned a lot from him!), was transparent about pricing, and gave a bunch of helpful tips and advice. The shop also got my car worked on and finished hours before I had expected. I am so appreciative of his honesty, willingness to help, patience in explaining/teaching me, and his thoughtful feedback and expertise. The folx at the shop were similarly pleasant and hard-working. Earlier today, I visited Heavenly Auto Care for services. In summary, the dealership where I purchased my car and have warranty coverage services included in my summary document indicated low fluids in my transmission coolant, brake, and other components. However, these services are not covered by my warranty. The dealership attempted to persuade me to schedule an appointment to charge me $700 for these services. I initially found this amount unreasonable for such a service. I explored my options and ultimately visited Heavenly Auto Care. The mechanic, Hermes, was genuinely honest and shared his knowledge about my vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. It turned out that I did not require these services at the time the dealership attempted to charge me $700. I intend to return to Heavenly Auto Care for future services. read more

Heavenly Auto Care is a hidden gem. They are expert auto mechanics, have reasonable prices, and you can bring your own parts. They can do Uber car inspection, repairs, and maintenance. Way faster and better than Wheel Works or Midas. They don't service Teslas but can inspect it for you. Hermes and the team are nice and provide excellent customer service. Heavenly Auto worked their magic again! I reached out for help to diagnose a check engine light on my 2017 Toyota Sienna (code P0174 and P0171). I'm so happy to have found a car repair shop that's honest. Hermés always goes above and beyond to not only diagnose, but also fix my car without trying to upsell anything. He's always fully transparent with his pricing. On top of that, he always tells me step by step what has to be done and exactly what parts he'd have to order/replace. He even shows me the price he pays to order the parts!! It makes me feel confident that I can trust his work without having to worry that there's any hidden costs. Recently, he diagnosed my car for free. Found out it could be an issue still covered by the car's warranty, printed out the error codes for me, and told me step by step what to do at the dealership to see if they could fix it for me for free. Bonus point: Hermes was able to fix a transmission issue that I was having and was committed to helping me figure out the problem. When I went to other car shops, they told me they couldn't/wouldn't diagnose or help fix my car without an error code. I came to Heavenly because I was hearing a rattling sound when I was driving and wanted that to be checked out. I got in touch with Hermes via Yelp messaging and he was very responsive. When I arrived at their shop I was greeted by their front desk and she was really nice and hospitable. Hermes inspected my vehicle and he explained to me that the chains were probably making the noise because I had no oil to lubricate the chains. Luckily I only needed an oil change and he finished within 30 minutes. He also pumped my tires with more air and added a bolt under the car because the old one was basically corroded. My car was having problems with torque. I called around and even went to a few shops but the vibe, pricing, and just plain availability was terrible or shady in my opinion. Mechanics have always been difficult to find. Whenever I do go to a shop and my intuition tells me there's something odd going on I straight up leave and go elsewhere. I called Heavenly Auto Care to see if they were able to take a look at my car. Easy peasy - they took a look right then and there, did a few quick checks, told me what they thought MIGHT be wrong but that they'll run real diagnostics in a bit, and told me that I could leave it and they'll make an estimate for me in a little while. Not two hours later they called and gave me a fair price for a clutch replacement. They said it might be another couple hundred if my flywheel was burnt too but that there's no way to know until they pull the transmission and remove the clutch (I drive a honda fit, there's no other way to replace the clutch on this damn car). I said go ahead and they got going. ONE DAY LATER. They called and had my car ready by 1pm. F#$%&^% awesome, I had to get back to work! Flywheel was good. No need to replace it. This shop did a great job. They did it fast at my request because of work and they communicated directly and without any weird "if's and but's" They got a new customer here who'll be back when i get into trouble again.
