I got a surprise and a cake was delivered to me from the baker herself! The cake held up so well and it was not crumbly like other cakes. it cut so well (see pictures) and it look like perfection! It tasted pretty good and it is still holding up pretty well! The frosting was too thick for my liking though. But everything else, especially the home delivery was fantastic!!

JTim out the speakers, a nice community vibe, the woman before me ordering a half-dozen cupcakes, friendly staff = promising. Cash only = upsetting but expected $3/small cupcake = disappointing, causing the skipping of the passion fruit (half the fault of Dough, but still) and the Baileys winning out. The "Baileys cupcake" was remarkably cakey and incredibly moist but not at all Baileysish. If I was given this by a friend, I would NEVER be able to guess the flavor (I'd say chocolate and I'd be "wrong"); the fact that even with the Baileys mindset going in I tasted none was concerning - maybe they mistakenly gave me a chocolate with vanilla/cream cheese frosting, but I won't be duped again, especially for $3.

    My yummy cake!!

This review is purely about the cake! My birthday was Saturday and the cake from my surprise party was from HC. It was sooooo good that I cannot stop talking about it. It was so rich and yummy!!! The filling screamed ice cream but it wasn't! Goodness! It was amazing! You will want to savor every bite! It was also very beautiful! I cannot speak for customer service because I didn't go in but I will be going soon!!

We got two custom cakes for my son's birthday - one normal size and one smash cake. I sent in a picture and they recreated it perfectly. The look was great but the taste was amazing. One was chocolate with kaluah cream and the other yellow with French vanilla cream. I'd definitely recommend them and will be back to try the pastries.

The most gorgeous birthday cake (whose flower I smooshed). Chocolate and buttercream.

I can't even begin to describe to you my joy when my husband surprised me with this gorgeous cake for my birthday. It was beautiful. And super delicious and MOIST. I'm so glad Heavenly Crumbs exist and I can't wait to order from them again!!

    14:53 & they're closed - okay..

The cupcakes have a really wonderful texture-they're not to cakey. I loved the German chocolate cupcake.

First time coming in person (I have been spoiled and a fantastic coworker would bring in different…read moretreats from here on occasion). The space is relatively small, with a line inside and outside and a few tables outside. The length of the line and wait time varies based on the time of day and if you go on a weekday vs weekend. Go early if you don't want them to sell out of anything or purposely go a little later if you want one of their lunch sandwiches on focaccia. I have had the tomato and garlic focaccia twice now and each time it has been exceptional. Minor critique, the slices of garlic could be a bit smaller. I also had the shakshuka focaccia which is divine and I would absolutely recommend both. I need to come back to try their sandwiches as well. I am not a sweets person, but everyone I know loves their pastries. Getting someone a gif tcard here makes for a great gift.

Dropped by Radio Bakery on the Tuesday morning after Memorial Day and the lines weren't too crazy…read more I got there in time to grab some breakfast items and baked goods, and then waited at a table outside for the lunch items to get set out around 11AM. I'm usually more of a savory girlie but all the sweet items we tried were great, especially the rhubarb croissant and the earl grey morning bun. I really enjoyed the focaccia sandwiches (smoked salmon and pea/mint/feta were elite) and the artichoke green garlic slice. The flavor of the sesame stirato was excellent but the bread itself was a tad too chewy for the filling we got with it (tuna salad), so that style probably works better with the jambon beurre. Will definitely be on the rotation whenever I'm in the city -- would love to try some of their seasonal/limited edition items one day, though not sure if I have it in me to brave the lines that can form on the weekends, lol! We'll see :)

Radio Bakery... is perfection. I completely understand the line…read more I first ordered the heirloom tomato & feta sandwich, which was unbelievable. It is so clear that they use incredibly high-quality ingredients and carefully curate each component, which is exactly why everything comes together in such an elevated way. The tomatoes reminded me of the ones I grew in my garden during California summers as a teenager. Perfectly salted, layered over soft, not-too-tart feta. The focaccia was made with beautiful olive oil and, while a bit chewier than I usually prefer, gave the sandwich a satisfying bite. I had to close my eyes while eating it just to savor it. The chocolate cherry almond croissant... wow. Such a creative combination, and it did not disappoint. Soft, buttery, and filled with a sour cherry compote that reminded me of a cherry cordial from a box of chocolates. 5/5. Hainsley, who helped me, was exceptionally lovely. Everyone even in line was very nice, the vibes were awesome. I'll definitely be back to try the spicy tofu sandwich and the heirloom tomato tart!

I went to Radio Bakery twice in a week recently and I am not mad about it…read more Loves: + The croissants are so good. Had the blueberry & corn ($9) and seasonal heirloom tomato ($8) and enjoyed them both. + My personal faves are the cheesy pretzel bearclaw ($6.50) and the shakshuka focaccia slice ($9) + Staff is quick and efficient and the long line outside is well organized The reality with Radio at both locations is there will be a wait. Line moves relatively fast but the slowdown is people deciding what to get, so I recommend looking at the menu in advance. Note about food drops: most items drop at 7:30am when they open, but late morning focaccia (eg. tomato & garlic) drop at 10am and lunch sandwiches drop at 11am!
